The residence is located approx. 25 walking minutes away from the city centre. The staff at the reception is extremely friendly and attentive! As far as the studio is concerned, there is a spacious bed and private bathroom. Wifi is stable. A small kitchen niche and a fridge. To improve: The studio itself was not clean and there was dust everywhere. The window cannot be open fully which makes it really hot inside. Utensils should be provided per se.

Very welcoming place for youngsters.. Web portal for students can be very challenging while reserving their accommodation, management need to improve their IT. Staff is very friendly and helping.

I booked a room last year and i paid 250£ for deposit . I cancelled my booking after 1 month of my booking and they said they gonna send my deposit back. Its been a year and couple months now and they didnt sent my money. Waste of time, do not book here. When i visit there they are telling me they gonna ask finance team. All lies… Update 1 months later: They say they refunded my money and I tell them to send me the receipt. But they don't send me any receipt because I still haven't received my money. This money may not be important to anyone else but for a student, £250 is a lot of money. I don't know if I should take them to court, what they did is shameful.
