Great complex. Great Location. Wonderful size 2/1 apartment. Property Manager Amanda has been extremely responsive with all communication. Any issues have been addressed and completed in timely manner. So happy to have my two sons living here.

My boyfriend and I just moved in this fall. It's a huuuge 2/1 with a lot of storage room and a nice little balcony for each. The fireplace is definitely a plus. Has a full washer/dryer. I really can't complain at all. It's tucked away off of Belle Vue, so it's super convenient, but away from the busy street. We love it so far!

I really love this place! It has a large living room area that I was able to split in two and use half as my art studio. Maintenance always comes super fast and the people on the main office are very welcoming. You can print on the main office as long as you bring paper so that is a plus. There is a pool and a small gym on the main office. They also have a pool table! Overall the location and price are well worth it!

A horrible place to rent through. These people do not care about your privacy nor your safety, and overcharge you for bad living spaces. They force in-person visits without your permission to enter your space (all because they "give 24hr notice"), even though Florida law states that it should be an agreed reasonable time. They never ask what time is good they just give you a time and if you aren't at your apartment, they enter it with or without your permission (they have even attempted to during covid with "one employee"). That is still unsafe during a pandemic, especially when a person is around people who are immunocompromised. They do not help in emergency situations and are extremely unhelpful in any sort of problem. It's so difficult trying to get them to help with even maintenance.These people have been rude from the beginning, most are nasty to you when you try to be polite, and they have no interest in actually helping their tenants with any apartment issue. This company is all in it for the money and have no kindness for any of their tenants. The apartment rented had many issues, none of which are being offered to be resolved by them, it's always a "figure it out yourself". They literally charge you for cleaning before even assessing the apartment or any damage. Do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere better.

The cutest apartment with a fireplace and built ins that you can’t find anywhere near here. The apartment is huge and even comes with a balcony! Tucked away off Bellevue so the privacy is great. Loved living here the last year!
