I’ve lived at Luxe on West Call and overall it’s just… okay. The amenities look nice in photos, but in reality they’re pretty average. The pool, gym, and common areas are usable, but nothing stands out as luxury. The appliances in the units are also fine, but again, just okay. Even after the “updates,” the flooring and finishes still feel basic and not as upgraded as advertised. The biggest issue, though, is if you live on the top floor of a building. Be prepared for people walking on the roof late at night. It is not occasional. It happens enough to be frustrating, especially when you are trying to sleep. You can clearly hear the footsteps, and it sounds like people are right above your ceiling. What makes it worse is the response from management and their so-called security. If you report it, they are extremely slow to respond. By the time security gets there, the people on the roof are already gone. There has not been any real solution implemented. The only noticeable change has been putting up signs, which clearly has not stopped anyone. If you are considering living here, just know that the place looks decent on the surface, but the noise issue on the top floor and the lack of effective response from management is something you should seriously think about.

i love living here and specifically love my girl Archana . she is so so helpful . between helping me find packages , giving the best tour everrrr before i lived here , walking me to my room to let me in when i forget my key , and answering all of my questions , she is the BEST. she is a 10/10 employee here and always makes me feel welcome and comfortable no matter what . she always has a smile on her face and the best energy here. she has truly made my experience here a positive one .

The Luxe is a complete dump. I lived here from August 2023 to May 2025. When I moved in, the place was already nasty from the previous tenant’s mess. There were spackle spots all over the walls and the carpet was filthy. I had to scrub some gross liquid out of my fridge because Luxe was too lazy to do so themselves, yet they’ll have no problem charging you fraudulent cleaning fees. I’ll get to that soon! The air quality was horrible with dust piling up everywhere that destroyed my white curtains and always made me sick. There were homeless people sleeping in the halls multiple times, my car was broken into and management never even responded to my email, and the one singular elevator to this crappy apartment complex was constantly broken. They even kicked me out of my own apartment for an entire day (without any notice) to replace the kitchen floor. Communication from management is basically nonexistent. When I finally moved out, they charged me almost $600 for problems that existed long before I got there. I emailed them trying to dispute these ridiculous charges, but it took weeks of waiting and multiple phone calls to even get a hold of them because my email apparently went to their junk folder. There’s that nonexistent communication from management again!! My roommates also got slammed with crazy charges. We cleaned, we had photos as proof, and they still ignored everything and blamed us just because we didn’t fill out some move-in inspection form we weren’t told about. You’d think they’d either have their own record of tenant damage, or make that form mandatory if that’s the only way to avoid being charged hundreds of dollars beyond normal wear & tear for someone else’s damages. This place takes advantage of students, provides unsafe and dirty living conditions, and then robs you on the way out. Do not waste your money here.

Disgraceful management. Apartment was filthy on move in. We paid for professional cleaners and carpet cleaners. On move out each girl was charged around $300 each. We send emails, letters, phone calls etc and we have pictures to prove her room was clean. No one would speak to us. Absolutely do not use this apartment complex.

While I am not staying here, the staff was incredibly sweet. The tour was thorough and the facilities seem good. Overall the experience was good. The place is centered and close to campus, which is convenient.
