I’ve had such a great experience living at NxNW this is my second year here, and it’s honestly been really lovely. The leasing office has always been quick to respond whenever something comes up and they genuinely want residents to be comfortable, which makes a big difference. The amenities are all in great shape and actually work (huge plus). Parking has never been an issue for me, and I feel really safe living here especially now that there are security cameras and a security guard walking around at night. When we moved in, the apartment was in really good condition, and it felt taken care of. They also host a lot of fun events and parties that are always a good time and help make the place feel more like a community. Communication is solid too they do a good job keeping everyone in the loop through email. We’ve NEVER had a bug issue and our home is so lovely and well taken care of by management. Overall, NxNW has been a great place to live and I’m really happy I decided to stay another year. Would definitely recommend it.

Sara was fantastic to work with! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the leasing process. Sara made sure all of my questions were answered and kept everything moving smoothly. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend working with her!

I’ve been a resident at NXNW for a couple of months now, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The apartments are really nice, and submitting maintenance requests has been easy—maintenance always responds in a reasonable amount of time and fixes issues efficiently. The amenities are a big plus, and I enjoy them a lot. I’ve even recommended NXNW to several of my friends, and many of them decided to sign here because they liked it just as much as I did. I especially want to highlight my leasing agent, Sarah, who has been the biggest help from the very beginning. She made the transition to living at NXNW so much easier by helping me explore different floor plans and guiding me through the process of finding a great random roommate. She has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my move and adjustment. My only downside has been noise from upstairs neighbors. They can be loud at times, and resolving the issue requires recordings, which is difficult since the noise doesn’t always come through clearly on camera. Other than that, my experience here has been very positive

I had a great experience with NXNW! The tour was amazing and I the proximity to campus is great. Sarah helped me out immensely and made me feel right out home. She answered all my questions and was very personable! 10/10 spot.
