Really enjoy living at Nimbus. It’s super nice, amenities are great; me and mine just re-signed our lease. My most favorite part of being here in the staff- maintenance & mangers here are very special people. There is a sense of community fostered by their leadership. They are all hard working, kind, knowledgeable, and deserve raises. All pictures were taken on the premises.

It seems very interesting that when a person has a disability and asked to be accommodated they refuse. They were given specifications on the way they can accommodated and they still refuse. It's almost like somebody saying it's their way or the highway. I am a disabled person and I asked for certain accommodations and basically was told no. I also have a caregiver and they want to charge my caregiver for being here and taking care of me which they cannot do especially when she doesn't live here. I feel disrespected, I asked for a certain accommodation and was denied. I don't bug anybody here I keep to myself I pay my bills on time I don't ask for anything. I feel like because I'm a disabled person which people seem not to belive, (You can't see mental disabilities)I'm being taken advantage of when the accommodations are very clear, i asked to have only one person be present during a an inspection and was told no. And once again the outside light that lights up the stairs is off again, this time it's been shut off for at least 4 days and no one will replace the light. I have night blindness and almost fell down the stairs because it is pitch black without the light. It is a hazard and needs to be fixed asap.

We were rushed into moving, I chose an apartment in Corvallis Or that is managed by Blanton Turner LLC, nothing but trouble from the get go. Conifer Place in Corvallis Oregon is riddled with black mold and rotting wood that people are living and breathing in harmful bacteria and the management does nothing about it

I love living at Westwater. The views are wonderful and downtown Kirkland is the ideal location.

Our experience at the Nook so far is 5 stars. This is a brandy new building. It is so nice to be the first residents. Angie, the manager, is wonderful to work with. She bends over backwards to get you what you want/need. She is friendly and open and funny, yet professional. This apartment fits our needs to a T. We consider it a gift from God❣️
