We have not decided yet but the place we visited a studio model room (4106 12th Ave NE) was a very good and spacious(bethroom size, washer&drier all furnished even tv on the wall). The Rooftop common area has unblocked surrounded view. And I personally thank you to an agent Zane who represent more than well enough. Thanks again and we look forward to be a resident in there.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I was a student looking for a quiet snd private studio for myself and my cat. Let me start this review by first explaining you don’t get much for what you pay for. I had the biggest room layout offered but still felt cramped and uncomfortable. The “kitchen” is a sink, a microwave, and a hot plate (which stopped working a month after moving in). The storage is minimal, if you have pots and pans goodluck. The fridge is incredibly small – held maybe half of my weekly groceries. I had to rely heavily on frozen meals and ramen because this is what I had the room for. I will say the bathroom and bed were quite nice, however. Now for the real reason I suggest you do not live here. As a woman, already on edge about living by myself – this apartment is NOT for you. There were several instances (I count 4 distinct times) that management (strictly men) would walk in without 48 hours notice. All times I was barely clothed. This occurred mostly in the morning when I would wake up to a knock and before I could get changed or open the door they would walk in. This made me scared and violated in a space I was paying for privacy. One time this happened and the man came in just to let me know “I had submitted a work order form.” Management was constantly coming in, for random inspections, random construction and let me add the several times fire alarms would go off for testing early in the morning and they would enter your room to just look at the fire alarm. Not the place for pets, my cat was constantly hiding and scared of the random company. Do yourself a favor and please look for better options. While on the cheaper end for studio apartments in the area, this made me realize I would be willing to spend more somewhere else that is professional, safe, and private.

I lived here for two years with excellent experience. 10 min to my lab in UW campus and many restaurants in 3 min. My room is quiet in 7th floor and on the roof you have a great view of Seattle downtown. With all necessary furnitures inside, it's convenient and peace of mind for students who don't want to treat with furnitures things. The management staffs are also kind and easy to communicate with.

Had a situation where some packages got delivered to the wrong address — Xaia went out of her way to resolve the situation, with such kindness and sweetness too. Was such a pleasure to interact with her!!! Thank you Xaia!

Unless if you have absolutely no other options in all of U district, strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND living here! This place is the Spirit Airlines of student housing. You pay for what you get. Your rent literally just covers room and board. No real amenities. No helpful customer service. Very cramped living situation. If you ever need help or have a question for the leasing office - good luck! You'll deal with some of the most hostile and helpless people ever. The only time they actually want to be helpful and approachable is when they spam you like a hundred times (literally every week for months) about renewing. Once you sign your lease, you will quickly notice their rude and helpless attitude that gets trickled down from their upper management. If that's not something that you mind, this is the place for you. BEWARE: When moving out, they refuse to do pre-inspections (unlike other apartments) to help you get as much of your deposit back. Instead, they are incentivized to write up as much BS that they can come up with to withhold your entire deposit. Don't be fooled! Notice in responses to reviews, the owner keeps making up BS artist excuses for the same kinds of complaints. They are never proactive in addressing any problems and simply want you to sign the lease so that they can collect your hefty rent for the next 12 months.
