From start to finish, the management team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported during the entire process. The apartment itself was in immaculate condition when I first moved in, and any maintenance issues that arose were addressed immediately. I never had to worry about a thing, as the management team was always responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up. What really stood out to me was how friendly and professional the management team was. They truly went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my living situation and that all of my needs were met. I felt like I was more than just a tenant - I was part of a community that was cared for and looked after. Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to call home. The management team is truly exceptional and I am so grateful for all of their hard work and dedication to making my living experience the best it could be. Thank you for everything!

I had an amazing time at Stonehaven. The last three years have been the best since I moved in during my sophomore year at UCR. I felt very safe being in a gated complex, and the community is very welcoming. The apartment complex is peaceful with a lot of trees, shrubs, and flowers that are especially nice in the spring. The property has a calm and cozy atmosphere and is consistently well-maintained. Enza and Thuy from EAH Housing deserve special recognition as they were the best front desk employees. They were very professional, helpful, and kind from the day I moved in. They truly go above and beyond, being available and willing to assist with anything. Something else I really enjoyed a lot was for someone like me who wakes up early it was really pleasant that they provided complimentary coffee and sweet bread in the mornings and is always open Monday-Friday and kept clean. During business hours, computers and a printer are also available for use, which is very helpful for printing assignments. I also liked how the office signed for packages and kept them secure until they were picked up by us. Stonehaven offers many great amenities. I really appreciated that there was a laundry room on the property, so I didn't have to search for a place to do my laundry. I often observed the morning staff doing an excellent job of keeping it clean which was nice. On campus there is a  pool which is consistently clean and well-maintained. In addition, there are stationary grills for cookouts, a volleyball court, and a basketball court where I would personally use a lot to hang out with friends after class. Every time I made a maintenance request on their website, someone arrived to resolve the problem in a day or two. They were very helpful and resolved any issue I had. All things considered, Stonehaven is a friendly and well-run community. I really liked my stay here and would highly recommend it to any UCR student searching for a reliable place to stay.

Just moved out of this place and lived here multiple years. The apartment itself is pretty nice and very clean, quiet. I’ve loved living here but keep in mind the rates are quite expensive and they really get you with the electricity overcharge. Despite this, I’ve had multiple bad experiences with management. What the reviews say are true, they’re extremely rude and are entitled to think they can speak to us this way just because we’re students. I hope UCR finds a management team that actually cares to do their job and doesn’t take their personal issues out on students. Thuy in particular has been an issue as she consistently spoke very rude to me when I would ask for help in the office or even in other occasions. Please keep this in mind as you think about living here, though it doesn’t seem like an issue it made me somewhat uncomfortable.

Find any other place to stay, don’t waste your time. 1) Enza and Thuy are arrogant, rude and not at all helpful. Horrible people. They do not give correct and complete information. They do not listen to or understand the resident’s side of story/ concern, they will only do what they want. They barge into the apartment without notice. 2) I moved out in May and I still haven’t received my security deposit back. They make up stories to defend themselves and their incompetent team. 3) Stonehaven is supposedly an “on campus” apartment, as mentioned on UCR housing website but the university has absolutely no control over them. 4) They will charge you exorbitant amounts for everything. 5) Stonehaven is an extremely unsafe place to live in. I had complained several times about horrific late night screaming but they chose to ignore it. 6) Communicate with them only via email as they never stick to their word. 7) My room was not clean when it was handed over to me and even though I added it to my move in inspection sheet, they charged me upon moving out. 8) Water and Wi-Fi services are pathetic, always giving trouble. Alarm goes off too frequently. Mold on bathroom walls. EAH Housing, you might want to read these reviews and consider changing your team.

the absolute worse!! this is my first review ever so it shows something. on move in day the apartment was dirty and it’s like they didn’t even clean it. it’s also dirty in the general locations of the apartments it’s full of trash, the water is always being shut off, there’s always blackouts. you get charged for every little thing. it’s so loud and noisy. and don’t get me started on the staff. i’m not sure abt the ra’s i just hear they’re whatever but the office ladies are so so rude. it’s just me and my mom and we grew up extremely religious we don’t cuss and i never heard my mom say a bad word nor have i ever saw her being rude to staff anywhere and she wasn’t. however the front office lady called her the b word and made her cry. i took this complaint to ucr and tried to find anyone i can talk to about their behavior but they did nothing. they also scheduled an inspection during spring break and they haven’t even done it yet but yet im already behind charged ? they just want money lol nothing gets fixed and if you have a problem w a roommate good luck bcs they don’t care. my roommate was stealing my stuff, eating my food, and using my stuff and i complained and they did nothing. and since the front office lady doesn’t like me ill get emails saying my package was there but she’ll always say its not even when its right in front of us and she just passed it and when i pointed it out she still didn’t give me it and say come tomorrow so i did and she gave it to me ? it was in the same exact spot lol. this should be ur last resort if ur looking to stay an apt. the washers and dryers are always out of service, the pool is always dirty and under “maintenance”, the whole place is dirty, the water is always getting shut off, the electricity is always going out, the staff is horrible, there’s literally no reason to stay here. all “pros” of staying here mean nothing when they’re not even available.
