I lived at Grandmarc for three years, starting in my second year of university and staying all the way through graduation, and overall I had a really great experience. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. It was super easy to submit work orders, and any issues in the apartment were taken care of pretty quickly, usually within 1–3 days. I also really appreciated how closely my apartment matched the preferences I listed in my application. Parking was another big plus since it’s much more affordable than school parking. The amenities are great, and package pickup was always smooth and convenient with no delays nor any lost packages. One of my favorite perks was definitely the trash valet service, it was so nice being able to just leave up to two bags outside the door and have it taken care of for you. Overall, I really enjoyed living here and would recommend it. Kara has also been really helpful since 2nd year until now!

I’ve really enjoyed living at GrandMarc University. The community is clean, well-maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever needed. I had a recent situation where I lost my bedroom key and Haydee was nothing but super friendly and helpful to give me my key with no issues. On top of that, the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities and location have made living here really convenient. It is only about a ten to fifteen minute drive from Cal Baptist University so pretty convenient. Overall, it’s been a great experience!

Lived here for one year and would never choose to live here again. First, there is no WiFi and management’s communication is extremely poor. Throughout my time there, information was very unclear by management. Second, I requested a parking pass in person and clearly wrote the last day I needed the pass to be valid. The staff member reviewed the form in front of me and issued the parking pass, so I had every reason to believe everything had been approved correctly. Later, I discovered that the date I originally provided had been crossed out and changed without my knowledge. As a result, my car was towed and I had to pay $355 to get it back. When I questioned what happened, I was told they thought I had mixed up the dates. Instead of contacting me to confirm the information, they made an assumption that ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. This entire situation could have been avoided with proper communication and attention to detail. Third, the sublease process is unnecessary stressful and unorganized. As a student trying to plan ahead, I always felt left in the dark and constantly had to follow up with questions since unclear info was given. Fourth, the neighbors are extremely noisy, loud, and inconsiderate of those around them. I frequently heard people screaming from their balconies and had neighbors making excessive noise even from 11 PM to 3 AM. I tried knocking on their door and even left a note, but nothing changed. Fifth, I don’t feel safe living here. I saw many homeless right out the apartment complex. I also have seen someone being handcuffed by the cops right outside near the gate. I understand management can’t control everything happening around the area, but these experiences contribute to an environment where I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, I do not recommend living here.

I’ve honestly had a really good experience with GrandMarc. The staff has been super helpful anytime I needed something or had questions. Haydee has been really nice and always willing to help she helped me out today and made everything super easy, which I really appreciated. They respond pretty fast and don’t make things complicated. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve been quick to help and made the process easy. It just makes living here a lot less stressful. Overall, I’m glad I chose to live here and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place.

I’ve lived at this apartment for almost 2 years now and I have a lot of good things to say. First the maintenance they are super fast, I’ve had so many instances where I put in the work order and a few hours later it was fixed. Another thing I want to mention is how nice and polite the group of people are working in the office. Everytime I come in for package they always greet me with a smile. Additionally Grandmarc does alot of events where you can come have fun (free food). Super college friendly
