Hemming village makes shopping or using any of the business near it exteamly difficult due to there terrible parking restrictions. Many business open before 11 am yet parking before that time is restricted. Inadition they have a 2 hour parking restriction which also drives away customers. Then they use a booting company which cares exorbitant fees to remove boots and they boot cars even when most of the parking lot is empty. I have never had a business have such terrible support for customers. These policies are literally alienating customers. One of the best ways to attract customers is to have places for them to park and they literally are driving people away. I will likely never shop at any of there stores agian because of these thoughtless parking policies

The Cedars Heights Apartments at Hemming Village are the nicest apartments in town. The modern, sleek design and furnishings are a game changer for Rexburg, making home feel more like, well, home. Not to mention, they're right above awesome businesses like Five Guys, Righteous Slice, and NAVEX Global. The street views from the apartments and lounges are unbeatable, especially during Hemming's fun events. Management is always sure to take care of their tenants! Our brand new apartment had some maintenance issues, and Cami prorated our rent while they were fixed. Highly recommend living here.

Hemming Village is a well planned and thought our shopping area. Parking is plentiful with some being on-street and some being behind the stores on the North side. Their community events are nice, and they maintain the area excellently; it's a pleasant place to walk through. Nothing particularly bad to say about the place: it's a good all-rounder.

Hemming village is a nice mall. It has alot of nice stores and restaurants inside. During holidays they have really nice decorations and host some fun local events in the fall and summer. It is kept clean and well maintained by the property manager.
