The Pines, rexburg-id

I LOVE the pines!! The staff and residents are super friendly, and it is a short wall to campus! The women's building is a little tucked in, so we don't have to worry about much traffic or noise. Whenever there is a problem, maintenance comes is quickly fixes it! My main complaint is the cost of laundry, but other than that, it is an amazing place to live!!

The pines is a perfect example of you get what you paid for. The rooms and apartments are really small but the most annoying part is for doing laundry. The men’s apartment requires you to pay to use their laundry . Every time. And they suck. The dryers don’t work half the time and that’s without me even filling up half way. You would think with all the money they suck dry out of us they could afford to put a washer and dryer in the apartment but no.

Overall a good experience! The staff is really friendly and is usually pretty quick at dealing with any issues you have. The apartments are comfortable and rent is good for what you get. My only issues are that the buildings are old, so various appliances and the lights can break down and need maintenance more often. Our microwave and lights broke 3 different times in a single semester once. The laundry facilities also require you to pay for each use and are also very old. I sometimes have to pay for 2 dryer cycles just to get my clothes dry.

This place smells horrible. The laundry situation was 3 floors down and you had to pay. Definently better to go somewhere else.

Tacie and Macy are the best staff ever here! Always super kinda and helpful! I have loved living here!
