This was the worst housing experiences I’ve had. The furniture looks like it’s from the 1970s, and the mattress was honestly unacceptable—old, stained, and you can feel the springs digging into your body. It genuinely felt like it had never been replaced since the place first opened. The appliances are cheap and outdated, there’s a constant moldy smell, and the spaces are extremely small with barely any natural light. The tiny window makes it feel more like a cell than a living space, which honestly affects your mood over time. Having a sink inside the bedroom was also frustrating and uncomfortable. On top of that, the cleanliness is shocking. There are bugs everywhere—dead and alive—which makes it feel like the place has never been properly cleaned. The carpets are in terrible condition and clearly haven’t been maintained or replaced in years. It’s honestly hard to believe students are expected to live like this. Management was also very disappointing. The manager kept my $500 deposit, claiming I damaged a dining table that already looked decades old, without providing any proof or even discussing it with me. That felt completely unfair and unprofessional. I also expected better standards from a place associated with LDS student housing. The way things were handled and the overall environment did not reflect the values I would expect. If you want to save yourself money, stress, and frustration, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I feel my time here was not the best. They also want too much for what you get. No nice amenities either. Free laundry but only 3 washers and 3 dryers in a tiny room for the entire complex.

I absolutely love SnowView, I almost don't want to write a review, because I want it to stay the hidden gem that it is, but I'm getting married this summer, so I suppose I can let someone else replace me. It's the third place I've lived in Rexburg, and of all of them it really feels the most like home. It's definitely on the older side, but it is well kept, and if you ever have problems management is super helpful. Having only 4 people in an apartment is super nice, also as a bonus the ward is amazing!

Really have loved my experience here. The new management at the new year has been so great when it comes to communication and helping with maintenance. The townhouse style apartments are so cute and have exactly what you would need in a college apartment. With only 4 tenants per apartment, it is spacious and quiet. It’s right across from the Snow building which is nice but there is road noise which is slightly annoying. However, the apartment complex is small, nice and exactly what you need as a home away from home

They just got new management at the end of this Fall semester and I got charged $50 for white gloves that I “missed” when I redid them as the manager checked and she said I was good. She charged my friend $100 as well and everyone in my apartment was charged over $30 for something. I have never failed a white glove and i’ve lived at 6 different complexes. I don’t recommend living here anymore because it’s not worth the charges. The apartments are old and our heaters went in and out the whole semester. There also were bugs in our apartment when we moved in. The charges were just the cherry on top. I will be canceling my spring semester contract.
