Hemming Housing, rexburg-id

Hemming House 3 is by far the best place I've lived in to date. Great location, decent house (they provide A/C in the summer), and friendly staff. Very flexible with payments, and I never had any difficulties with management for any reason. They were always responsive when we made maintenance requests, and signing contracts for new semesters was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place. The only downside I can imagine is perhaps a lack of social life, because this is not an apartment complex, and is "far" in comparison to other places. Otherwise, it's a quiet location, close to Porter Park, and the view from the sunroom is excellent.

I really liked living at The Willows. The management at The Willows is really great. My apartment was really homey and the property is well taken care of. I would highly recommend living at any of the Properties owned by Hemming Village.

After signing the lease for my husband and I's place, they told us we had to buy a lawn mower, sprinklers, hoses, and take care of the trash. It cost a few hundred dollars that they did not specify before we signed the lease. When we moved out they took out $150 dollars for carpet cleaning. They let the next tenants move in earlier than they had on their lease and did not clean the carpets. I emailed them and when I did not hear back a week later I messaged them and then did not hear back for another week. When confronted they said they would not return the $150 dollars because the new tenants did not request it. They are really kind and were responsive to questions we had while we were tenants. But I wish communication on moving and moving out were clearer.

A great source for BYU-Idaho approved housing needs! They have you covered from the high-end (The Willows) to the affordable (The Pines & Cedars). Their location is also amazing being right next to campus.

Living and having options to work within the properties is a definite perk of Hemming Village! Great location and easy people to work with.
