I’ve had an awesome experience with this company and apartment complex. We were displaced due to a house fire and they immediately got us in a unit with little to no time overlap. All of the staff is extremely nice and helpful. London really helped us out getting everything we needed so quickly. She’s so professional and she was constantly in contact with us when we were trying to plan everything out within 24 hours. The views are great, the rooftop has gym, pool, sauna and Jacuzzi ping-pong table grill everything you need.

I recently had a short stay at 1027 Wilshire and let me say it was what I expected and more. The place has great amenities and one of the best rooftops in the city, rooms were quiet and luxurious. Will be planning on staying there again pretty soon

Don’t fall for the bad reviews, this place is amazing everybody is super nice and both the buildings are like communities, I have a condo in Florida and by far at the 1010 people are more out going, I was skeptical about staying at this place because of the reviews. Sonny was the listing agent for us and was couldn’t have done better, she showed us multiple different places and ended up helping us find the perfect place for us, they had a smooth check in process and also quick. They are great for all length of stays weather in be 1 month or more. I’m here going to USC and it’s less than a 10 minute drive from USC. The valet hasn't taken more than 10 minutes to get my car since I have been here. It’s also in a great location near everything in downtown LA. The views in the apartment are some of the best in the city in my opinion. My room has been pristine the place is clean, and well taken care of. I would like to thank Sonny for helping us get into this amazing place. I don't normally write reviews but because of how many negative experiences there were I wanted to take it upon myself to tell the real truth about this place. There are no issues at the 1010.

We shot a music video with Exclusive Dance Studio at the TENTEN building roof. Amazing staff, great view and outdoor area. Overall an amazing experience shooting the clip at TENTEN.

They have been holding my application for almost 3 weeks . Everyone including managers have zero communication and they very disappointed at the level of professionalism
