Moving out of state to pursue my creative career in LA was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done, and finding this affordable SoCal living ended up being one of the biggest blessings of my journey. I had never rented in a co-living environment before, so I was definitely overthinking it at first but this place gave me a safe home for a few months and completely changed my experience in LA. I met so many amazing people here that I know I’ll be friends with for life. What started as a lonely, overwhelming move turned into something that felt supportive, motivating, and comforting. The building has a gym, a studio, and tons of people with similar goals everyone is focused, saving money, and trying to better themselves. The landlords truly go above and beyond. They’re not just managing the space they act like mentors, offering guidance and helping us in ways that really mattered. I saved so much money living here, and it helped me get on my feet in a city that isn’t easy to navigate. And the biggest blessing of all: Mike, the landlord, helped me find and get into a place of my own. Being able to say I have my own spot in LA of all places in feels incredible. I’m genuinely grateful for my time here at times I even miss it.

OMG! Mike and Phil have been awesome hosts here at Affordable SoCal Living DTLA. I’ve been here for a few months now, after an unexpected housing emergency/job resignation, and I needed an affordable place to stay while I’m attending classes and working to save for my next apartment; I have to say that I’ve been blessed and lucked IN because it’s actually affordable. They are really cool Cali people, and fun to be around. And the rest of their onsite staff is stellar. The property in DTLA (Central Alameda District) is well kept and gorgeous in the mornings especially. The environment is clean, calm, safe and welcoming. They host a diverse group of artists, musicians, business professionals, and entrepreneurs. I absolutely love the vibe here and definitely recommend this Affordable SoCal Living location and any other locations they lease in California. Like Hollywood. It’s perfect for college students, new residents, and international travelers. I am here now and love it! Check them out, SUDUKUU!

Affordable SoCal Living is a unique gem in Los Angeles, where people who want to better themselves, are given a second chance at life. The ambiance is that of a true fraternity, where friendships are formed and laughter is heard. It is conveniently located a few short blocks from the A-train Metro which gives you affordable access to greater Los Angeles. The owner is a very kind, and understanding person. There is an on-site property manager that offers support, when needed. I am certainly grateful to be part of this community which I am proud call home.

Since I’ve been in los Angeles, California when i found Affordable SoCal living it has been affordable for the price that beats all others places around. I’ve met looks of nice people, seeing others working on goals and even myself setting future goals. Very clean, through the house and property is very Secure with lots of cameras from the entrance to the doorway and through out the house. Management has been very awesomely whenever there is a problem sending a text or email getting a response the same day and the problem is fixed. I would highly recommend this place for a fresh new start and living affordable in California.

I have lived here for 2 and a half years. The house has continued to improve the entire time I have lived here. Perfect location if you use public transportation. The outdoor living space is great if your coming from an apartment and like to enjoy SoCal weather. The house has a great atmosphere and the fitness center has everything you need to stay physically fit. No need to pay for a gym membership.
