I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. The parking situation is extremely frustrating—residents often have to park far away from their own units, and cars seem to get towed quickly and without much warning. It feels like you’re constantly worried about where you leave your vehicle. Safety is another major concern. In my experience, some of the apartment doors did not feel secure and could be opened too easily, which made the building feel unsafe. That’s not something anyone wants to deal with when they’re paying to live somewhere. On top of that, the cost of utilities can be shockingly high. There were months where utilities totaled over $640, which is far more than what most people would expect to pay. Between the parking issues, security concerns, and high expenses, this place has been very disappointing overall. On top of everything, the management is extremely rude and invasive. They will inspect your apartment several times, some were a week of the last inspection and are very rude about how they go about it. 0 stars if possible.

Maintenance is usually quick and happy to help! Though this place is not worth the money it costs to live here. There are added fees you won’t know about unless you read every single page of the leasing agreement. Me and my roommates electric bill has gone up every month since living here, sometimes exceeding $100 which is ridiculous? If we are all assigned to one room we should not all have to split the electricity evenly. I have a roommate who leaves all her lights and space heater on 24/7 and locks the door behind her so we can’t shut them off. Someone I know who lives here stole a cleaning sign from the lobby and when an inspector was in their apartment saw it, they were each charged $50. I think maybe a warning and just taking the sign back would have sufficed… do not live here unless you want people barging into your apartment and your personal room with keys for an “inspection.” I don’t check my email very often so maybe a direct text to everyone who is having an inspection would be helpful to not have my roommate walked in on while she is SHOWERING!!!!! That could be a lawsuit btw especially because she is 17😭😭😭 I personally also have had random men come into my bedroom for an inspection while I am sleeping, TWICE. This is my biggest concern being I pay so much for this space but anyone can just come in whenever? Mailing system is terrible, I can never find a package being there’s many different locations it could be, including outside for anyone to take! I haven’t ordered anything here since week 1 because thankfully I have support in the area I can order packages to. Don’t worry I still pay a mail box fee though every month! Need better parking as well. This is my first and only year living here hopefully.

I had a great experience with the apartment complex office. Everyone was friendly and responsive, and they made the leasing process much easier than I expected. Collin in particular was incredibly helpful and accommodating when it came to my lease concerns. He took the time to listen, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I was paired with compatible roommates. I really appreciated the extra effort and support from the team, and it made a big difference in my overall experience.

I recently spoke with Jason regarding the fees and charges on my account. He took the time to walk me through each item and provided clear and succinct explanations throughout, which I appreciated a lot. It is reassuring to see an office that handles matters with professionalism and care.

My roommates and I have had great experiences living at University Edge. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is quick to respond and fix anything. Dylan, particularly, is very quick at responding to any maintenance request and is such a great worker. The living arrangements are great for college students and my experience at University Edge exceeded my expectation.
