Maintenance Kevin Wills was wonderful to work with. Kevin was professional, helpful and responsive. He took care of multiple problems. Great addition to the staff!

Kevin, one the of the maintenance workers, was amazing! Not only did he quickly fix the issue that we already made a note of. He also went above and beyond to get our oven drawer fixed - the same day. We need more people like him to go above and beyond!

I really like living here! In my opinion, this is one of the best student apartments in the area. I feel very safe and the area outside is quiet and clean. Staff is really nice and helpful too. Biggest critique would have to be the Internet connection, it's still randomly dropping and the inconsistency is annoying...

the parking is horrible. it’s like they placed everyone in the back. it’s no parking anywhere and i feel like they should’ve done better with placing us, instead of placing us all in the back. when you come in, there’s a lot of parking spaces bc barley anyone lives up there. but, in the back…. everyone is back here, even people who don’t have parking passes. i came back from school at 8pm and there is literally no where to park and i am not parking a mile away from my apartment. i shouldn’t have to do that. please don’t stay here! stay here if you want a constant headache!!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at University Village, and I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation. From the very start, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, responsive, and always eager to help with anything I need. Whether it’s addressing maintenance requests quickly or offering assistance with community-related questions, they consistently go above and beyond. The complex itself is well-maintained, and the amenities are great — from the fitness center to the common areas, everything is thoughtfully designed and kept in excellent condition. What truly stands out, though, is the sense of community here. The staff fosters a friendly and supportive environment, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Living at University Village has been a pleasure, and I feel lucky to call this place home. If you're looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and convenient living space, I highly recommend it!
