The worst apartment complex in high point , management is rude, lazy, and multiple people have called the city on them! Please don’t move here if you have self respect! This is the 3rd time with new management, they do inspections all the time because they know they aren’t up to code. On top of that they are never in the office!!?! And when they are they don’t open the doors! hope this helps

Very quiet place! You do not hear kids going around! Every now and then there are some kids playing outside but it's the normal and they behave very good. The staff is very kind and they are always there to help when ever we need then. Maintenace guys always come to the apartments the very same you have a service requested unless the request needs something that they don't have available but if that happens at least they swing by to let you know that they are working on that. The apartments are not so big but they are worth for the price.

Do not move to these apartments management is horrible they change management like u change underwear....they lie saying they have security cameras and even have a sign saying that and they dont...which is false advertisement...they have a tow truck that goes around towing vehicles if ur tags on ur car are not good which is ridiculous...people might not have money to get there car right..thats there business...the pool never opens...they apartments are horrible...say they have central air and heat...and half the time it dont work..and it takes forever for someone to come out to fix it...NEVER GET A PLACE HERE...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...the people are rude and dont give a shit!!!!

Keep reading! The second half of this is the new part! I have been here almost 3 years. Stacey the office manager has always been wonderful! She is always busy but she returns phone calls everyday. She enters maintenance requests as soon as she gets them. She has even made an effort to see tenants through a window for social distancing. She comes in early stays late works on the weekends and works from home. She has always been pleasant and helpful. We have been through several maintenance men. The last one wasn't very helpful but the office is working hard to get someone in here to take care of maintenance. The apartments are older but priced well! Since Stacey has left these apartments have fallen apart!! The apartments have changed hands, they can't keep office staff or maintenance people! One of the issues they are having is one maintenance man comes in and tells me my apartment should never have been rented and then another comes in and tells me I have no issues. The apartment is falling apart there is mold everywhere and no one will fix anything! They can't even keep up with who pays and who doesn't!

At first this place was awesome! The women who we started off with was amazing. About a year maybe 2yrs ago another woman was in the office and let me tell you she is horrible! We have been here for almost 3yrs and there has been at least 4x that she has put our rent in another tenants account and has tried to serve court papers or add on late fees meanwhile we are ALWAYS on time or pay before the 1st. Sometimes the pool isn't always open. There was a playground advertised when we moved in and there was never a playground. They do not do pest control as listed either. The maintenance man before was awesome but he is no longer here. Now when you call and need a maintenance man the woman answers with an attitude and then hangs up quickly when you question her reasoning for not getting help. We loved it at first and now we are just dying to get out. Starting off cool but after a year lease nope don't go for it especially if you have children! Good luck to you all!
