I have been a resident here for a full year now, and I can honestly say it is one of the absolute best apartment communities I have ever lived in. The experience has been so wonderful that I recently renewed my lease for another year without hesitation! What truly sets this place apart is the management and staff especially the front desk staff KD and lyric. They are incredibly kind, genuinely nice, and always so understanding whenever any questions or situations arise. If you are looking for a place where you actually feel valued as a resident, I cannot recommend this complex enough!

If you’re looking for an apartment here, definitely ask for Kevin. He gave the best customer service I have ever experienced from a leasing agent. From the second I walked in, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The tour was fantastic, and he knew answers to every single question I had. His response times to my emails were incredibly fast, almost like he was waiting around just to answer my questions. He listened to exactly what I wanted and found the absolute perfect unit for me.

I’m not even gonna lie, this apartment really surprised me in a really good way. Kevin & Lyric in the front office are easily the best leasing agents I’ve dealt with. Super cool, professional, and actually helpful they really made the whole application process way easier than I expected and they stayed patient the whole time. You can tell they actually care.the property itself is nice too. I know people got their opinions, but from my experience, the front office staff is wonderful!

Today I was called by the credit union in regards to a charge on my account from move out last year. This charge is in regards to damages I’ve previously disputed with proper proof and legal backing the charges should be taken off. They’ve now added it to my credit. No worries though I’m disputing that! We emailed several times to find a solution and were met with no response but they’ve had time to send it to collections and respond to all the negative reviews on here. The positive ones must be paid promo because there’s no way. This place gave me hell the year I lived here and they still manage to now. Unprofessional and money hungry. To future students don’t stay here unless you have patience, the time to consistently bomb your apartment for roaches, take your own trash out, are equipped to pay ridiculous made up charges at the drop of a pen and don’t care about your credit. Now go ahead and chat gpt your response i’ll be waiting.
