Rise On 9th, columbia-mo

Lived at the Rise for a few years, and this year they’ve made some major improvements that I’ve really loved. The staff are always friendly, and I’m honestly impressed by how many residents they remember by name. Marchaya and Cortez has been especially kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the time I’ve lived here, and the other staff members have been great too. The building feels very safe, and the vending machine selection is amazing now and super convenient. Overall, I’ve been really happy with my experience living here and the fact that it's really close to campus too!

Loved my experience living at the Rise my senior year…wish I lived there longer. Staff is amazing, maintenance team is a 10/10 and extremely helpful. Great price for a beautiful 10th floor apartment. So sad when I moved out!

Super helpful! I have stayed here for the 25-26 school year and they have always been so gracious with any issues. Their leasing office has welcoming faces and helps with any request. Amenities are kept up and maintenance is quick. Mail room is also nice to have protected shipments that arrive. Highly recommend if you are looking for a downtown lease!!

I lived there for a year, it was honestly great, I loved it, the front desk people always had an answer for me, and they were always willing to help. Loved my experience as a Junior having everything close by is amazing, being able to walk everywhere is so nice. And it is always cleaned up, the gym is clean and so is the patio, I love my the location of my room, and how big the windows are. Whenever I had a maintenance problem they were always fixing it the next day or a day after. Overall I love living here it is great!

I had a great experience living at Rise! The location is perfect, the apartments are modern, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick and reliable too. Special thanks to Marchya for being so kind and supportive; I'd definitely recommend it!
