Lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it!! Genuinely such a great property! The staff is always friendly, and maintenance was fantastic! Excellent location, and the brand new coffee machine is fantastic!

I've been here almost 2 years, and it's overall been a very decent experience. Around august, I started having issues with constant noise disrupting my sleep throughout the schoolyear. Thankfully, with the new team that took ownership, they've been working with me to try to figure out the cause of this noise and deal with it, which is more effort i've ever seen from an apartment management company. I must Commend the Regional Manager in specific for making my voice feel heard while i've had the noise issue that is affecting my life. Beforehand, I would tell you that only the maintenance team is reliable, but now I would pretty confidently say that every layer in the system is both reliable & quick to respond. The amenities are great too, gym is pretty clean and other residents wipe down their equipment responsibly. Study rooms are a lifesaver if you need no noise at all for a bit. And they have printers & a community area too with a pool table. I have witnessed social events with free offerings aswell too which helps a lot during cram season. Not far away from campus either, so if you don't do well with roommates this could be a great alternative from dorms.

I’ve lived at District Flats for almost two years now, and overall my experience has been excellent. The only real downside is the cost, but when I compare it to the four years I spent living at The Rise on 9th, the difference is night and day. The quality of living here is great. The building is always clean, well kept, and feels professionally maintained. Management and staff are very friendly and approachable, and the two maintenance workers in particular are outstanding. They are efficient, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work. I’ve always felt much safer and more respected living at District Flats than I did at my previous apartment. That peace of mind alone makes a huge difference. What really makes the price worth it is the location. It’s less than a three-minute walk to campus, about two blocks away. You’re close enough to walk to class in minutes. The amenities are also a big plus. There’s a really nice gym, free printing, and some of the best study rooms I’ve used. It’s easy to stay productive without even leaving the building. Another thing I really appreciate is how often the staff puts on social events and provides free snacks and drinks during stressful times like midterms and finals. It shows they genuinely care about the residents and the community here. Overall, District Flats has been a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, well managed apartment that’s basically on campus.

My daughter has loved living here so far! For parents looking for a safe, convenient apartment close to campus, I highly recommend this place. She moved in this semester and has had a great experience, she especially enjoys being so close to both campus and downtown. The building feels secure and is a big improvement over her previous apartment.

I absolutely love living here! Grace, Shea, and the entire front desk team are always so welcoming and friendly. They even randomly provide residents with coffee, bagels, and other fun treats, which is so generous! Would definitely recommend living here!
