My recent experience with the new ownership and management team. ♥ Over the past several months, I've been working on housing arrangements for my father, who has multiple serious health conditions and requires caregiving support. Because of his disability-related needs, it was extremely important to me that he be able to live with me so I can help care for him. When complications came up regarding housing placement, I genuinely thought we hit a wall. To be completely honest, I assumed they were going to ignore my father's situation, which is why I fought so hard for him in the beginning. I wasn't sure if our circumstances would be taken into consideration or if anyone would actually give it the time of day. Yet instead, corporate immediately listened to my request. They reviewed our situation, communicated with us, and worked with us to find a solution that would allow my father and me to live together while still meeting his needs in only a weeks time get it all sorted. They didn't just give us a quick answer and move on. They took the time to understand our circumstances and find a practical solution. The owner personally took time to review our situation and approved accommodations that will allow my father and me to move into a two-bedroom unit together. As someone who has spent months worrying about how I was going to care for my father while attending school, I cannot adequately express how much that means to me. Having people take the time to truly understand our situation means more than I can put into words. I couldn't appreciate them enough, thank you. ♥ Manager Troy, if you happen to read this, I am so sorry if I gave you a hard time during my father's application process. I was incredibly stressed and anxious because I was worried about my father's health, his housing situation, and whether or not his circumstances would actually be taken into consideration. Looking back, I realize you were listening and trying to help throughout the process, and I genuinely appreciate that. We have not moved into the new unit yet, so I will absolutely come back and provide an update once we are settled in, in August. But based on my experience so far, I wanted to say thank you to the new ownership and management team for treating my family with respect, compassion, understanding, and kindness throughout this entire process. Thank you again for helping make this possible for my father and me. I'll be back with an update after move-in. ♥ Extra: One thing I really like is the pool. I rarely swim myself, but it's always being used and is a great tanning spot. The maintenance team does a great job keeping it clean, and if I remember correctly, it gets cleaned early every morning, so I always recommend swimming right before noon to avoid the pesky bugs. The gym is honestly really nice. It hangs over the clubhouse. It's a 2-story gym with another separate gym-like area on the second floor for yoga and cardio. So there are 2 gyms essentially. There are study rooms on each floor of the building, but the most popular and in my opinion the best one is the large study room on the first floor of building 1, as it has 2 private meeting rooms, a printer, and a large sitting/dining like area for studying. It's pretty quiet too, I might add. There are 2 dog parks. The larger one is a large gated area for dogs to do their business, run around, and play, but it's the owner's responsibility to clean up after their fur babies. I have to pass the dog park to exit the building, and I have YET to smell anything bad or see feces left out after a year of living here. Mind you, but based on previous comments, I honestly blame the dog owners for not cleaning after their dogs rather than management if feces is spotted. (never personally seen the smaller dog park) Club house: Has an oven fridge, microwave, sink, Flat screen TV, couch, and dining table seating. Only downside is that the coffe machine was removed from the clubhouse. We all loved that machine. #RipWorld'sBestCoffee☕ *Photos of dog park below*

My experience with living at Post On Nord has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've had many many issues with staff and management and multiple time have felt targeted with unnecessary inconveniences. Amenities are often disconnected or faulty - the pool is always locked and inaccessible, the printer is constantly down, management decided to get rid of the coffee maker in the cafe and replaced it with a low quality machine located in the office where they surveillance when you use the machine- creating a very uncomfortable environment. A couple new vending machines were also installed which I personally viewed as a new way for the apartment to gain a couple more bucks from residents - it left a very bad taste in my mouth especially after they started to get rid of their "free" amenities (ie coffee machine) and replaced them with ones where they gain more of OUR money. I recently went to the dog park out of curiosity and the was so much feces and it had been there for so long the feces was MOLDY (photos inserted down below) (image date: Feb 14, 2026) Back in Dec 2025 - Jan 2026 there was multiple weeks where the hot water was not working and the Wi-Fi is constantly out- I literally received an email yesterday afternoon (Feb 26, 2026 12pm) that the WiFI was out AGAIN- its so tiring living in an unstable community !! I've had to go down to the office and pay by money order because my rent payment bounced ( a mistake that shouldnt have happened, a mistake that the office admitted they sometimes make with their online app system failing and a mistake that they have made with other residents) this resulted in me being penalized and having two extra fees to have to pay without any clear communication or explanation. I instantly reached out to management and they seemed really quick to cover their trails and seems they were just hoping I would pay the new amount with the extra fee included- the entire experience living here has been an inconvenience and I would never recommend anyone to live here. Feb 26, 2026 Post On Nord removed both me and my roommate off of their social media following after we voiced our opinions on a public post on the fact its wrong they removed the coffee machine and replaced them with machines you have to pay in exchange. I find this incredibly unprofessional as I am a paying tenant If your looking for a nice place to live- look no more at this place, because it's def not what you're looking for. Please take your business elsewhere, I pinky promise you don't want to live here. Shoutout to the sweet cleaning lady I always pass by in the cafe tho! She seems like a genuine sweetheart and the maintenance guys are pretty chill. The security guards don't seem the most competent- I personally accidently spooked one of the guards when opening a DOOR. Good luck to all those trying to also get out of this place- I see you and I stand with you fr. Post On Nord - Do better

Look deeper into these positive "reviews" and you will see that they are literally all faked. How convenient it is that all these 5 star ratings mention a name and have zero other reviews on their profile. This place is filthy, the management is unwilling to do their job and straight up rude. Half of the doors don't work with your buzz card, everyone I've met here has had an experience of a car break in, and the lack of hygiene is genuinely concerning. All the floors have this musty smell that they try to mask with some scented spray, but they are never clean. It's nasty. They tried barging into my room while I was asleep, they were trying to inspect my roommate's unit but mistook it somehow. I mean seriously, they can't even keep track of common sense. No apology either, they just left. Anyways, this place is a trap and living here was a nightmare. If you love yourself don't sign a lease here, I unfortunately did "do business" with them and got trapped in this dump for a year. Edit: How about you address the fake reviews with these mystery google accounts?

No hot water for a week at the time of writing this, they removed the coffee machine from the resident cafe, the washing machines are models known to eat smaller items of laundry and the bathtubs are not properly sealed to prevent mold growth. Staff is very friendly, but all these issues with the outrageous rent costs is unbelievable. I regret signing my lease.

I absolutely love this apartment complex! The amenities here are top notch, especially the amazing pool and the socializing lounge, which is perfect for meeting neighbors and relaxing after a long day. The property is always well maintained, and the atmosphere feels both welcoming and modern. A huge shoutout to Alondra, who went above and beyond to help me out! She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. It's clear that she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. If you're looking for a great place to live with excellent staff and fantastic amenities, I highly recommend this complex!
