I was super happy with this apartment complex until they decided to be manipulative . They knew about my ESA cat , even communicated about him during maintenance’s visits , but chose to place someone allergic to cats in the apartment and pretend they didn’t know and the try and bully me into giving up my child of 11 years . Absolutely shameful , and they refuse to apologize or admit what they’ve done wrong . I cannot in good faith recommend this complex to anyone due to that .

The apartment itself was clean and a great fit for a college student. Move-in was smooth, and the online payment system worked well. Management was responsive during the lease — at first. However, since my son moved out over two months ago, we’ve had zero communication from the property. We have not received any portion of the security deposit, nor have we been provided with an invoice or itemized statement explaining how it was used — which is required. At this point, I will be contacting the corporate office directly.

The communication is terrible. If there is ever an issue you will need to call multiple times. They make assumptions and stereotype younger groups (especially students) who live here and put unnecessary blame on them. The office is unorganized and does not take correct disciplinary measures towards people breaking leases/rules etc… The place itself is nice, of course. The management is awful.

Avoid apartment 6 until the two guys get evicted or move out. Worst housemates ever. Avoid.
