The Village at Meadowview, boone-nc

I am a resident here and have absolutely loved it! The people in the office are always super kind and helpful. The amenities are awesome! Me and my roommate love to use the gym and tanning beds. Sometimes they have free pizza and other goodies in the office. Not to mention the view is amazing, it never gets old. The village of meadow view is an amazing place to live and I will continue to renew my lease throughout college!

I absolutely LOVE living at Village of Meadowview! The staff and management are always so nice and willing to work with you. I have lived here for the past three years and have enjoyed every minute of my time here! Would definitely recommend someone to move in to this complex!

My child has truly enjoyed her time at the VOM. During a recent personal emergency, Treasure went above and beyond to provide support and assistance, which meant so much to our family. She has always been available to answer my many questions, and I am very grateful knowing my daughter lives in an apartment community that genuinely cares about its residents.

I have lived here for just a little over 9 months now and there have been 7 inspections already. I’ve lived in about 3 other complexes besides this one and typically there are 2-4 inspections a year. I have a cat that is easily stressed and having random people come in and out of the apartment all the time is a huge problem. We’ve had some expensive vet bills and try to keep him calm at all times. On top of the inspections, they tell you a day they are coming and expect you to keep your pets locked up in a room from the hours of 8:30am-6pm. Just recently they couldn’t even give a day timeline, but a 3 day timeline and want everyone to have their pets put away 3 days in a row all day long, which is not possible when myself and my roommate work 9-5. It’s quite annoying and just for this reason alone we will not be living here after our lease is up. Update: Just got another email saying they are doing an “annual” fire inspection tomorrow, but the exact same inspection happened on June 4th. They didn’t even give us at least a 24 hour notice before the inspection tomorrow. This is now the 8th inspection in the past 10 months. There is no such thing as peaceful living here.

I have lived at village of meadowview for 3 years now and have loved it! I have a great view of Boone, and easy access to the bus is super nice for class! They do a lot of freebies which is really nice!
