I feel compelled to leave this review due to an extremely unprofessional interaction with the property manager. There are already several reviews describing similar behavior, and unfortunately my experience confirms a consistent pattern of hostility toward residents. Since the change in management, living here has been an absolutely terrible experience. All they do is seek money and fine for every little thing. I received a phone call from the property manager regarding my vehicle being parked in the student amenities area (along with multiple other vehicles). During this call, she raised her voice and spoke to me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, stating that an email had been sent instructing residents not to park there. I simply informed her that I had received no email, but I was on the way down to move my car and would not park there again. Despite this, she remained disrespectful. She could have called in a respectful way and things would’ve gone a lot differently. At no point was hostile communication necessary. Regardless of policy enforcement, no property manager should speak to residents in this manner. Additionally, my roommates have also experienced similar negative interactions, indicating this is not an isolated incident. Until this behavior is addressed, I cannot recommend this complex.

My daughter lives at Boone Student Living this year and so far the new management team is doing a great job. They are fast to respond to questions and have been super nice to our daughter when she needed help during the winter months driving in the snow. We highly recommend Boone Student Living if your son or daughter attends App State. Look for Tracy in the office! She’s very attentive!

I am a current resident at Boone Student Living and have lived here for the past two years. As I am getting ready to move out, I wanted to share my experiences so others can have as great a living experience I had! This property is amazing and has prompt maintenance response, friendly and helpful office staff, and the apartment itself is even better and nicer than I thought I would have for a college apartment. It truly feels like home. The location is also close enough to campus without being right in the middle of town, which was something I valued. I am so sad that I have to move out, but I highly recommend living here for anyone who needs housing!

My granddaughter is part of Boone Student Living and loves her apartment. It’s spacious, with a private bedroom and bath and ample shared living space. Her apartment is convenient to all campus classes and activities and has public transportation available. The apartment is well maintained, clean and she feels very safe in her surroundings. It’s been a great experience for her and that helps her family at home feel at ease knowing she’s living in a good place. I highly recommend that you check out Boone Student Living.

My boys loved it. The manager, Tracy was super helpful during the move in and move out process and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back.
