These are pictures of my mothers unit. To top off the poor attention to the tenants skills they have, they are also now giving 48 hours for residents with WORK Vehicles/vans to be parked elsewhere. On top of being charged a fee to park in the complex. Management is at best subpar. Rude even. The floors are uneven and sinking in many parts. The plumbing seems to be a big issue here also. Bugs come from the plumbing regularly. Roaches are also a problem (even with roach traps/roach bait/bombing). Like other reviews said the unit is polished over to look nice but when you actually look closely. You see they're poorly redone to look presentable. Starting with the paint. It's at best been painted over sloppily to make the unit look new. Upon further inspection you will notice its been caked on. (See pictures) Power outlets are loose in many areas posing a potential fire hazard!! Move at your own risk. Management here does not care for you or your well-being.

Great apartment and nice community and nice people specially the people who work in the office

Apartments are mediocre at best… if you plan to move here be very careful as they tow cars and have no cameras and barely any security. My car was stolen which I worked on really hard and there are no cameras anywhere so there goes a lot of money down the drain ALSO you are NOT allowed to have your own cameras RIDICULOUS! The apartments themselves are ok for the most part I was lucky enough to get one of the nicer one but it has its own fair share of problems. The stove breaks all the time and roaches appear out of nowhere. The space is fair and all around looks nice. The pool is quite nice however it closes at times for a week or more for no apparent reason (cleaning I suppose?) Parking is BIG problem I mean I can’t find anywhere to park at times and I come home late perks of living here I guess. You are only allowed to have 3 cars here with a pass which makes sense I guess but they charge a fee which is ridiculous. The people at the office can be quite rude and have a attitude at times so try avoiding them but the people who manage outside are quite friendly so A+ on that. Other people who live here pretty alright no complaints there but one area I do have to complain is a certain water drain that I swear will one day break my wheel as it is indented in the floor. In all honesty just look for somewhere else and sorry for my rant Im just really mad about my stolen car.

You could try your best to live here but if you are trying to live in peace I don’t recommended. When you rent here they give you a orange flier to put on your car even if you live there, you still have to have it and the moment you don’t, forget or it fall off they are going to tow your car and the company’s that they work with are terrible. I received my car damaged and non drivable, don’t think the towing company is close to the apartment is about a 40 minute drive to where you have to get your car. I went to make a claim at the apartment complex office and they said they are not responsible but apparently they are responsible of reviving fotos and contacting the towing company to get the car

I lived here going on my 8th year .Friendly staff. Maintenance does good. New management has improved this place, therefore, makes it hard to move. The best features are the space and the commute! Nice neighborhood and schools, Easy getaway toward all the expressways, just 5 minutes away from the spaghetti junction. In addition, smooth bicycle riding, walking distance to Kroger grocery store, library and schools. Its all good and neighbors do get along I don't plan on moving anytime soon.
