Touring this property was such a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised—if not better. I immediately felt comfortable and could easily picture myself living there. The move-in process was just as smooth. Everything was organized, clearly communicated, and stress-free, which made a big difference during what can usually be a hectic time. The community is peaceful, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and inviting. Since moving in, I’ve been really happy with my decision. It truly feels like home, and I’m glad I chose this place. My experience at 1016 Lofts was mixed. I want to sincerely thank Bobbie Bratton and Catrice Jacques for their professionalism, responsiveness, and assistance during my move-out process. They communicated clearly, helped coordinate my lease release, and made what could have been a stressful transition much smooth. I truly appreciate their efforts and kindness throughout the process. That said, one of the main reasons I chose to leave the property was due to ongoing safety concerns that I experienced while living there. As a resident, feeling safe in your home is extremely important, and unfortunately, my experience in that regard did not meet my expectations. While I am grateful for the support I received from Bobbie and Catrice during the conclusion of my tenancy, and they did what they could to help out. I hope the property continues to improve its response to resident safety concerns moving forward. I wish Bobbie, Catrice Jacques and the team the very best.
