Location inspired looking at the Catalyst near GATech but the amenities, beautifully appointed apartments and pricing accommodations kept us. Trinity, our guide of both the building and the application process, was thoughtful about our needs and wants. Her perspective on the building and the neighborhood inspired us to apply. Strongly recommend a visit if looking for apartments near GT.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Trinity gave us the tour and helped us through the entire signing process, and she was amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Anthony, the property manager, and Kirklen, the senior leasing professional, were also incredible. Every time we called, someone answered and made sure our questions were handled quickly and clearly. The whole team worked together seamlessly and made what can usually be a stressful process feel smooth and easy. Truly top-tier customer service across the board.

Wow! I’m at a loss for words. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in but I was greeted by the most incredible staff. Especially that LP Trinity! She gave a very in depth/well informed tour and her passion for her job really shined through. There may be a lot of choices for apartments in Atlanta, but you’ll find no better customer service than here at Catalyst

My daughter and I just completed a tour with Catalyst. Our tour guide Trinity was AMAZING! Very professional and knowledgeable! The amenities for the students/tenants are far beyond what i was expecting. The apartments are very spacious and quaint. There are a host of study and common areas for the tenants if needed. I love that the location is close to Spelman, 13 min walk. The Catalyst offers indoor secure parking is a plus. There is a grocery that is a version of Aldi grocery. We did a walk through just to see what they offered and it was on par with your major grocery stores. I still have a few places to tour, but Catalyst is our #1 right now. Please come by for a tour!
