I have been a resident since last August. My roommate moved out in May, and the room was filled approximately one month later. Management gave very short notice that a new roommate would be moving into my already occupied unit and was inconsistent with communication throughout the process. I was repeatedly contacted while working from home and expected to facilitate move-in access, including escalated calls that were not appropriate for a non-emergency situation. Overall, the process felt disorganized and unprofessional, with poor coordination between staff and residents during the transition. Roommate assignments and move-ins are not handled with enough clarity or respect for current residents.

Staying at 200 Edgewood has been a rollercoaster ride to say the least but my deepest gratitude definitely is with the previous property manager, Jasmine, who definitely made my process way easier as an International student. I was able to secure my spot a few days before the semester started and for that, I will always be so grateful. One thing I absolutely love about this property is that there's always something to look forward to - I'm particularly excited about the study rooms! Of recent, we were visited by members of a sister property and one of those members particularly stood out to me, namely, Bree. She is actually the reason I chose to renew because she addressed my concerns and fostered an environment where I felt comfortable. In addition, our new property manager, Jarvis has significantly helped with my renewal process and requests. On this premise, I would definitely recommend the property because it is safe, clean and most importantly, possesses a very reliable maintenance and management team. Shout out to Roy, Kenny and Jas as well!

Parents please do not send your college aged kids to this apartment complex. They only care about the money and not about their wellbeing. My daughter began renting from this complex July of 2025. The first few months were going well. But then she hit a dark moment and began dealing with EXTREME depression. I notified the apartment immediately after I found out how serious the situation was. Which was in January of 2026- I spoke with Jarvis and explained how serious this depression was. I totally understand that we are locked into a lease so we continued to pay the current lease even though she hasn’t been back to her apartment since Dec 15,2026. As much as that wasted money hurt my pockets - my daughter’s life is priceless. They also want me to pay 12 more months of rent (over 12k) to get her out of lease renewal that starts July 2026. That she signed because she was offered a $250 gift card that she never received. I’ve been extremely transparent about the situation since January and we continued to pay the rent for an apartment she’s no longer living in ($1058) plus electricity (which makes no sense). I’ve even escalated this situation to Julia Aultman and Andy Feinour who are over the Student Quarters corporation & no one cares… Julia never responds to calls or emails and Jarvis just keeps saying “the option Julia offered is the only option” Please stay clear of this place! Spend your money with an apartment complex that has a heart and cares about their tenants! Safety is not there priority. Rent money is

I have to say 200 Edgewood has been one of the most comfortable living experiences thus far in my college journey. With the help of Jasmine, Marquese, & Jarvis they’ve made my stay one to remember! I’ve got about a year left until I finish my studies & I’m almost %100 sure I’ll be spending it here.

When I moved in Jasmine accommodated me with the process of moving in. She made sure I was welcomed and gave me all information needed with the hours of operation for valet trash. She was also professional, and helped me to correctly turn in my money order for the first month’s rent.
