Great rooms, facilities, and security! However, the top floor is absolutely unbearable to be in during a heatwave. Even at night, the building remains too warm due to the urban heat island effect, which has significantly impacted my sleep. I'm sure it's a lovely place to live during other months, though!

Originally had left a 4 star review but after being there a few months you realise they are the same as all the other accommodations, fridge was not working and never fixed, had mold which they didn't care about sorting and then someone enter my room with no priory knowledge, i was told it was a mistake and that i was aloud to but a chain lock on the door as i felt unsafe and then after told i had to remove it.then when i had to move out due to a chronic condition i was messed around for months being ignored and told that even though i had valid evidence to prove i was unwell and had to move out i had to find a replacement even after they said i wouldn't with evidence, then they were trying to make me pay rent for the time i wasn't even living in the building, after trying to resolve the issue i was ignored. disgusting company that exploit young people and purposely put there rent payment to not match your loans.

Do not stay here. Head office management do not care about your living situation or wellbeing, only about getting your money. The building is old and you will constantly be calling on maintenance to fix something in your room. There was a major flood this year and it took them 5 months to do repairs. They didn't give us a discount despite living in a flood damaged building that wasn't as advertised. Stay away. P.s. its also not wheelchair friendly like the features on Google suggest. The building does not have a lift or automatic doors.
