The outdoor tv near the pool hasn't worked in over a year, both gas grills are broken, the exit gate of the parking garage is open 24/7 and the entry gate breaks every other month and there seems to always be a problem with AC units. When you tell people that work there that something is broken it’s always, “we’re working on it” but it never gets fixed. Maintenance is rude and gets mad at you when something breaks even if it’s not your fault.

My daughter’s ac has been broken for 4 weeks now. We have reached out via the form, email, and numerous phone calls and have gotten no corrective action or not even a communication back. Stay away!!

I enjoyed my time at The Walk, Managment was super understanding, work orders took a while, but when they would get the supplies, they were efficient. They made my 4 years pretty enjoyable 10/10 would recommend !

I lived here for two years, including my senior year, and it was the best experience. The staff is always kind and understanding, making it a great place to stay. The front desk team is especially helpful, and Madeleine always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to assist residents. The location is amazing, especially on game days, making it even better!

Do not live in this apartment whatever you do. We have had constant problems of mold and bugs. We are constantly filling out work orders for them to come fix these problems. After a while they started to mark the work orders complete without even coming to check whats happening. Our dishwasher was broken for 3 WHOLE MONTHS. We were constantly asking them to fix it and they stalled for WEEKS ON END. They kept saying "we need to order a new part." 3 months later they "still needed to order a part." Unacceptable. We came back after summer break to there being mold in all 5 of the bedrooms. Thousands of dollars worth of items were ruined due to the mold. To fix it, they simply painted and sprayed over the mold and told us it was all fixed. A few weeks later, the mold is back! What did they do about? Absolutely nothing! Every time maintenance comes in they do the bare minimum and make snarky comments like "wish you guys could open the windows to get some air flowing in here." Yeah, thanks, so do we. There have been bugs in our apartment for WEEKS. When maintenance comes up to fix our bug problems they things like "don't keep any food that has been opened" or "it's winter time, it's normal to have bugs this time of year." It's normal to have hundreds of bugs all in our UNOPENED food??? Unbelievable. Whatever you do please stay as far away from this apartment as possible. I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE.
