I’ve had a terrible experience with the management regarding a mold issue in my apartment. The remediation process was extremely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to resolve the mold problem effectively, but the painters they sent also ruined my personal belongings with paint splatters because they didn't use any protective covers. Living here has become a health hazard and a financial loss. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Highly NOT recommended.

I recently rented an apartment here, and I am extremely disappointed. Upon moving in, I quickly discovered mold in multiple areas. The smell was overwhelming, and I am having difficulty breathing, making it impossible to feel comfortable in my own home. Despite multiple requests for maintenance, the response was slow and unhelpful. I felt like my concerns were brushed off. It’s concerning to think about the potential health risks associated with living in such an environment. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Never live there unless u want to reduce your life… Mold everywhere and maintenance is horrible there…
