Central Park Apartments - College Station Properties, tuscaloosa-al

Central Park Apartments definitely made my college experience! I lived there as a sophomore and my roommates and I loved it so much that we lived there until our senior year. We wish we could stay there longer. Case, the property manager, and Henry, the maintenance man, are basically like family. They always made it a priority to check on us and whenever we needed anything, they always made sure to be there, even during the most inconvenient times. For example, I had lost the mail key and Case was incredible and gave me a new one immediately. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, Henry was always there within minutes to fix any kind of problem. I always felt safe at Central Park because the apartment complex has an amazing security system and deadbolts. It is located in the most perfect place so you can basically walk anywhere! I am so glad we lived there, especially during game days when traffic was crazy; we were able to walk to the stadium and quad tailgates within minutes! The apartment was very spacious, yet extremely homey. My roommates and I suggested to all of our friends to live at Central Park, and we ended up having three of our friends move in because they loved it so much (they even renewed their leases 😁). Our apartment was perfect for hosting events because it was spacious, it’s one of the epicenters in town, and all of our friends loved coming over! We never had an issue living at Central Park. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The rent is very reasonable compared to its competitors; you get the biggest bang for your buck. I MISS YOU CENTRAL PARK!! LOVE YOU, GIRL!! Please live at Central Park and you will not regret it!

Absolutely the best place to live. I have personally never been disappointed with anyone on the CP team. They are always very timely with macitence requests and easy to get on the phone in emergencies. The apartments are all in great shape and they pride themselves on regularly updating them. If there’s any apartment complex I would suggest living in in Tuscaloosa, it’s Central Park.

CP is the best place to live! I’m going on year 3 of living here and I have never had any problems. Management is so easy to contact, maintenance is easy to get in touch with, and everyone is so friendly and willing to help! Wouldn’t recommend living anywhere else!

Love living here! It’s about a five minute walk from campus, and the office team is very responsive! I had a maintenance issue and they came almost immediately to fix it. Apartments are very nice and updated, and there’s so much space!

The best place to live!! Central park has the best staff, they are always so nice and helpful.
