Elevate on Cascade, tallahassee-fl

I have lived at Elevate on Cascade since August 2022, and overall, my experience has been very pleasant. Maintenance is excellent and responsive, and the new management team has been amazing to work with. The new property manager, Megan, has truly improved my opinion on management—she is great, professional, and attentive. The location is a major plus. It’s close to my school and jobs, and there’s a beautiful art district nearby. The community is also within walking distance of Cascade Park, where many local events are held throughout the year. Like any place, there have been a few bumps along the way, but nothing that outweighed the positives. Overall, Elevate on Cascade is a nice, safe area with lovely apartments at an affordable price. I’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and welcoming community.

Elevate has been an amazing place to live in so far. I’ve only been here for about 4-5 months but I have really no complaints, management gets to requests rather quickly and I’ve never had to worry about bugs or mold. Management does a good job at frequently having pest control over and I’ve never had to worry about something not being able to be taken care of. Overall Megan has done a wonder job at trying to give us students a comfortable place to live in.

My experience with Elevate is overall great! I don’t have many problems with appliances and amenities, but when I do have problems the apartment manager and/or the repair service are quick to respond. My biggest critique is that when I initially moved in, there was a heavy roach problem that wasn’t resolved until a hurricane came through and the apartment literally had to be rebuilt. Pest control comes around often, but I haven’t had any problems since. Not much parking, but any downfalls I experienced are negated by the complex’s proximity to FAMU, Which is the biggest perk and something I would not trade for anything.

So far I have had no issues that have not been resolved. The only scare is that everything that moves shakes the building. If someone is coming up the stairs I know. A thunderstorm and the building shakes. Scary for me. The manager is a wonderful human being who is fully supported by her maintenance team. Property is upkeep. The other issues like the noise by the tenants is not within Elevate control. Persons just need to be considerate.

I’ve had a good experience living at Elevate on Cascade. The location is super convenient, and the staff is really helpful anytime I’ve had questions or needed something, they’ve been easy to work with. Maintenance has also been quick when issues come up, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live the manager is great and I’d recommend it to anyone looking in the area.
