StateHouse St. Augustine, tallahassee-fl

I love StateHouse St. Augustine! The location is amazing and super close to campus! The amenities are my favorite part. The pool is so nice, the gym and sauna are such a big plus, and the study rooms are perfect when I need to focus and get work done. The staff is always so nice and helpful, which makes living here even better. It’s honestly such a great place for college students!

Update on St house St Augustine... we had to move out. the noise coming from the apts across St Augustine was just too much. Countless calls to the PD and city hall just didn't work. I wish the mgmt and staff would help complain to the city to help affect change, but alas e gave up and moved out. Love the rooftop pool, however the movie/TV projector has been broken all year... maintenance could use a little help. Also, the garbage is such a long haul... and they will fine you for anything you do wrong. Location is good, but the noise all day and night just didn;t work with trying to sleep, work and study.

Me and my friend toured Statehouse for the fall and Isaiah and Deyah were SUPER helpful during our tour and made it very easy to understand everything and explained Tally a lot as well. Super good staff !!

I've lived here for going on two years out of convenience. The management is horrible. The cleaning crew and maintenance men are nice, but that doesn't mean much when management doesn't know how to use them. Don't let the extra "special" amenities fool you into being pulled into a lease with this place because they never work. I've asked repeatedly for the last almost 2 years for them to fix two main issues (disregarding the gym equipment breaking, dumbbells disappearing w/o replacement for an entire year, and a 50/50 shot with the grills working or not). They haven't fixed the hot tub in a year of being broken. It's a cold tub. The fire pit has never worked the entire time I've been here; that's almost two years. Management will say they'll be right on it but they never do. Half the time they just look clueless, every time, sadly even the manager too. I wouldn't be complaining if the issues haven't persisted for so long and if I wasn't paying in part for those amenities to be at least working. That's my scoop. Recommend going elsewhere for living.

My roommates and I stopped by Statehouse Tallahassee for a tour with the manager, Chris. He was super nice and informative! The property is beautiful, and we felt really safe walking around. Even though the 4x4 D3 floor plan was already sold out, I still wanted to share how great our tour experience was.
