This place is nice. I moved in this summer and my place is great. The best thing is the pool because it looks like a hotel style pool. Even the people in the office are all nice and responsive. They made the whole process easy. I will be here until I graduate!

Diamond was exceptional on our tour of the apartments and the community. He answered all the questions I had and gave me information I didn’t know I needed. I definitely recommend him to be the main tour guide he made me feel like I was already at home

Garbage facility that tows cars even if they're in the visitor spots. You are already preying on disadvantaged students who likely have little money in a low income area... but let's get them to hand over a quick-and-easy, cool $160 with no strings attached ;)

My son was struggling to find the right place to live near FAMU, and we were getting frustrated with the process until we found Altura. I had heard they changed management from last year, so we decided to give them a try, and I’m glad that we did! From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming and helpful. Morgan gave us a thorough tour And really took the time to understand what my son was looking for. She made the whole experience feel personal, not just like another apartment tour.

the reviews are mixed because management has been changed several times. i will say the current management has been very good on trying to fix everything past management has done. Diamond who is the manager is extremely helpful and has changed my outlook on my experience. if your thinking about moving here do your research, make sure your apt is in good shape before signing and you will be fine. It’s somewhat affordable and close to school.
