My daughter rented a 4 Bedroom Apt (3 roommates) from CKC RENTALS in 2019/20, I found all of the dealings with Della Rumpler/Manager and the Maintenance Staff lead by John Corcoran to be exceptional, knowledgeable, responsive and very professional! The Apartment, Building and Grounds are beautiful, roomy and well maintained. As a Land Lord we found all at CJC Rentals to be very responsive and easy to deal with! I’ve lived in two locations with CKC and found them to be incredibly helpful - responds to emails and calls within the same day with very through responses. The staff is super kind and helpful and wants what’s best for the students. Sends emails throughout the year to keep us updated on utilities and move in/out info. Houses/apts have been in perfect condition when moving in.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Della and CKC. I have sent 3 kids to Miami and have used Multi Rental Companies. Della and her team are by far the best to work with and very accommodating. They handle each matter one by one and are always flexible and take great care of our young adults!

My daughter attended Miami and lived in the dorms for the required 2 years. She was one of the first to commit to Gaslight while it was still being constructed. Everything was completed prior to her move in date. From the owners, to Della, to the maintenance people- her experience at Gaslight was great and was exactly what she needed and wanted. The rooftop get togethers, the beautiful landscaping and the proximity to campus, dining and other nearby services- it was a rewarding experience and a great value for a dad many miles away.
