Red Brick Property Management, oxford-oh

Sarah is extremely difficult to work with communication wise. She takes days to respond to texts and takes advantage of young people trying to find housing. As someone who is new to leasing she made this process extremely difficult for me and others. I understand this is a busy time for housing but this is her job.

I lived at my house for two years with Red Brick Property and my roommates and I had a lovely experience! We lived in an older house, but had no troubles- maintenance was always quick to respond if we needed something (even switching out our porch lights!). The staff at Red Brick was also very communicative and clear when responding to emails, and regarding what to do over long breaks and move out protocols (which was very helpful). They even allowed me and my roommates to have extra time to move out after graduation which helped immensely! I was also able to have my dog- which originally was not planned but Sarah was very understanding and kind! Overall a great experience, and I will miss living in that house with this company! I’ve heard many horror stories about college renting- and Red Brick Property made everything concise and easy to understand.

Sent people to work on the house multiple times with no warning. Imagine being a 21 yr old college girl waking up to a fully visible man on a ladder outside your second story window with literally no warning whatsoever. They also rented out our house to a group of people for the year of 2025 and expected us (group of 2023-2024) to rent the property for the second year in January of 2023 in order to secure the property for 2025, without us ever living there first. They also charged us a large fees via our security deposit for issues the property had prior to us ever living there, aswell as a large fee for the dumpster being at the bottom of the driveway after move out. This company will leech every penny out of you if possible, stay away if you can.

Rented for 2 years with Red Brick. There is always someone there for you when you need help. Ted treats all of us students like we are his own children! So helpful and friendly.

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for a multitude of reasons, but I’ll keep it short. House was falling apart and we had people constantly touring our house( sometimes daily ). Look to any other company unless you like no privacy and want to have maintenance coming weekly! (Maintenance team was the only good thing about this company, Ted is the goat.)
