Campus Courts & Bern St Apartments, oxford-oh

I lived at Campus Courts during my last semester at Miami and I couldn’t recommend them more. The apartments are beautiful, well maintained, and are perfectly located. I only had one maintenance issue and it was handled swiftly by their team. They were also very accommodating when I needed a slight move-out extension due to my graduation date. I have lived in two other apartment complexes in Oxford and South Campus Quarter was by far my favorite.

My roommates and I lived at campus commons for 2 years. Absolutely loved it. Very new and updated. Amazing location, right by the rec and a 1 minute walk from the east edge of campus. About a 5-7 minute walk from uptown. You get your own room and share a bathroom with one person but the bathrooms are very spacious so it was never a problem sharing! Most importantly, maintenance requests are fixed SO QUICKLY and the staff is super helpful and kind. Only complaint is that the washer is a little small but that’s not a make or break. I know it’s more expensive to live here than some other places but honestly it’s worth the money for the location and high quality living space. Highly recommend!!

We have renewed our lease with South Campus Quarter every year for four years! The apartments are really well maintained and management is always ahead of any maintenance. Everyone in the office is super nice and very easy to deal with. At the end of each renewal we obviously had a choice to rent someplace else, but it never crossed our minds!

My son just graduated from Miami Oxford and has been living at a campus quarter apt for 2 1/2 years. We have been extremely pleased with their services and the apts. When a few minor problems arose over these last years, they had someone there fixing it within 24 hours. You just cannot get service like that in a small college town at all apt complexes. Highly recommend!

Wouldn't recommend renting. Although it is cheap in comparison to other options on campus/in the area, the maintenance staff is less than helpful/less than timely when it come to fixing issues, unless they are able to make money off of the repair. Doesn't come with any furniture aside from two couches and some barstools. Had a leak appear in the ceiling below one of the bathrooms, and they said they would fix the issue, in a timely manner, yet there was no communication with regards to timeline of when the issue would be fixed. On the other hand, when a railing fell out of the wall, they were more than eager to bring a repairman in and charge an arm and a leg to have a contractor come in and fix the problem. Money saved is not worth the hassle and other headaches.
