The most inept and disrespectful leasing company I’ve ever worked with. Buildings are not kept up to code: smoke alarms are grossly out of date (by SEVEN years!). Calling the leasing office has not once proven useful or helpful. I was continually treated like I was stupid when I called to ask for help with electricity issues, water issues, and parking issues. Lots of unseen fees in the online portal and quite literally a “by using this service, you promise not to take legal action against us,” disclaimer in the online portal! Do not recommend. Moving out ASAP. This place needs serious managerial change.

I love living with Prime Place!! The locations are all super close to campus and management has always been super kind and helpful when I have questions or concerns. Maintenance respond within 24 hours of putting in a work order which is also super nice, they are all super kind as well. If you are looking for an apartment and are a college student, I’d definitely recommend living with Prime Place!

Very quick response rate from owners and any maintenance concerns are fixed within 2-3 days max! The cost is higher than other places but reliability makes up for this. Main concern is inspection with pets. If you have pets, they will have you cage them for multiple days since quarterly (or semi-annually? I cannot recall) inspections happen for those days and they don’t give a range of times they come by your specific apartment. This means leaving your pet in a cage for hours and just isn’t ideal. Also apartments nearby the office are harder for guests to find since the parking lot is a one way and most turn at the district ones instead. Not that bit of an issue, but good to let anyone visiting know. Otherwise, the place itself is nice and incredibly convenient for game days!

Haddie the property manager is the best! She’s super helpful and goes above and beyond for the residents. If you’re looking for housing near k-state, definitely consider Prime Place!

I love living here and the resident portal is great. They are prompt at fixing problems and easy to get in contact with. The only slightly frustrating thing is that there isn't a free way to pay my bill, every form of paying my bills has a extra fee.
