Pine View West Apartments, logan-ut

August 2017 We have been coming to Logan for four summers and have put a deposit in for next summer also, for the same apartment at Pine View West. We feel very lucky to be at Pine View West because in our opinion, it is the best complex of all the options available to summer citizens. There are many, many reasons for our love of Logan and Pine View West, but it meets all of our qualifications for a wonderful 3 month summer. It has been renovated with new furniture, rug, flooring, mirror, and mattresses and box springs. It is immaculate upon our move-in and we appreciate the windows on each side of the apartment so we can open windows at night for a cross breeze. We enjoy our view of mountains and sunset and out of our bedroom window we see a little tree and birds. The location is perfect as we have a bus stop right outside the door almost, two blocks from the university, the laundry room is very close to our apartment and perfectly clean, and of course, I love the pool as I swim everyday. Pine View residents and Pine View West residents are very friendly and there are a multitude of events happening to keep one busy, beside all of the sports available, which I do. The underground parking and huge parking lot right outside our window is wonderful and we appreciate the breezeway with no steps when we have groceries to bring in. It is wonderful in every way and having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is convenient and we put the space to good use. The stove, refrigerator and microwave are always in working order, and having a vacuum cleaner in the apartment is a nice plus. We recommend this place to all our new friends, but sadly everyone else loves it too and there is a waiting list. Glad we were given this wonderful apartment on our first visit. The owners of Pine View West are great! They are always trying to improve the apartment complex to ensure tenants have a nice place to live. All of the apartments have been remodeled in the last couple of years and they are so clean and new! Common areas like the parking lot and laundry room are neat and kept up. It is the cleanest complex I have lived in! Resident Managers are on-site to help with any concerns or maintenance issues and they take care of things quickly. It is social, but not too loud or rowdy. Hot tubbing is fun year-round! There are bus stops just across the parking lot, but it is also close enough to walk to campus.

Pine View West has been my favorite place to live in my time at USU. The other students living there are really sociable and our apartment had get togethers all the time with neighbors. It is super easy to get to campus with the bus system and the managers were awesome at responding to requests quickly. The apartments are kept up very well, are clean, and the parking lot has plenty of parking. For the price, quality of apartments, and location, I couldn't recommend a better place to live near USU.

I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it. It's the perfect place to meet people and is very close to campus. It's also by far the cleanest college housing in the area and all apartments have been newly remodeled. I would definitely recommend to USU students!

I am a Summer Citizen and 2023 will be our 5th year at PVW. The apt. is roomy and very comfortable. The owner Dave is outstanding. We are very lucky to be a part of PVW. This will be our 9th summer in Logan
