One thing that is unacceptable to me as the mother of a student living in Kampus Korner, is that the manager won't fulfill requests that have to do with removal of old furniture that students don't want to use. This old couch is flaking so much that the students can't sit on it without getting flakes all over their pants yet the manager won't bring in a new one. I was told that if they started doing it for one apartment that word would spread and they couldn't let that happen. If you look carefully you can see in the couch photo that there is an old desk behind the couch out in the common area. These desks provided are super old (at least 30 years old) so we requested that two be removed so the students could use newer ones that they already own. The request was denied even after asking twice because they told us they "don't have any room" to store all the old desks that the students don't want to use. Mmm. How about providing furniture that the students would want to use or at least agreeing to removal of the unusable old furniture? Make it make sense. ***Update Nov 2025: Good news! This Fall semester the couches were replaced. Maybe someone said something about my review to the management. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars***

I've lived here for going on two years now and just signed a contract for next year as well. The building is older (my dad lived here in the early 90's!) so obviously some things are a little rundown but overall it's comfortable and kept in good shape. Management has been amazing to my roommates and me - they send technicians in good time and have been awesome in dealing with some of the weird problems we've had with roommates, and they don't do random checks of the apartments. It is a bit pricier but the covered parking, close location to campus, and excellent interactions with management are worth the extra cost.

Worst financial decision of my college career. I lived here for a year, and not only was rent absurdly expensive, but utilities ended up costing $200+/mo. even while being turned off, like what?! The apartments seem as though they haven’t been renovated since they were built in the 70’s and the mattress that they provided had open wires and springs that cut holes into my pajamas; no, I’m not kidding. The walls are paper thin and the carpet has large stains from years of disrepair. The tall steps from the apartment are rarely iced during logan winters, and honestly a huge liability. I’m surprised someone hasn’t died yet. They charge about $200 for a parking pass, but if you come home any later than 8:30 p.m., don’t expect a covered spot. The parking garage also leaks and you’ll have mineral deposits on your car! Cute right? Want to wash and dry your clothes? For the price you’re paying, you’d think they’d give you access to laundry, but no. Not a single machine worked for me, ate my coins, and I had to tote my dirty clothes an hour away every week. Also, if you’re looking to have a social life, I mean even a fraction of one, Kampus Korner isn’t your place. For some reason no one socializes here. If all this wasn’t enough, trying to get help from Logan Preferred was frustrating and exhausting. They were rude and difficult to deal with, and the owners don’t seem to care about the students that live in their buildings. If they did, maybe I wouldn’t feel the need to write this. Please don’t live here. There are so many other places close by offering better experiences for way less; trust me. In the words of Joe Exotic, the Tiger King, “I will never financially recover from this”

I lived at Kampus Korner for 6 years and was so happy being there. I got to have a private room and a private bath for a very reasonable price. Also, you can’t go wrong with the underground parking in the winter time! The location is super close to campus but yet also has a shuttle bus stop right next to the building. I would recommend living here 100%!

Way over priced. Utilities aren't included, and they work half the time. You have to pay for laundry, and pay extra if you actually want your clothes to dry. It's sometimes a fun game to try and pick what washing machines won't just take your quarters. I paid an extra $50 for covered parking, and they sold more passes then there are stalls so sometimes you don't get a spot. Would never live there again.
