Overall good place to live! Somewhat close to campus and the bus stop. Laundry is VERY expensive and very limited parking. The remodeled private rooms are nice but are on the upper end price wise for what you get. The apartments are also not cleaned very deeply before move in so be prepared. Management is nice and decently responsive.

I have loved living here at Bridgerland. I have had little to no issues, and when we needed thing like maintenance they have always been very quick to respond. They are not the most updated or modern apartments but it is overall a good college apartment. My only complaint is the very old carpet. I would totally recommend living here!

I've loved living at Bridgerland! Very few issues have popped up for me here, and management and maintenance are quick to fix whichever ones do. The apartments are older, but it's a good place to live for college. The only real downside is that the carpet is extremely worn and old, but other than that, it's a great apartment.

I loved living at Bridgerland! Quiet neighbors, quick internet, and awesome roommates. I felt like I was getting an amazing deal for a private room! Couches are very comfortable, multiple guests liked them. I appreciate the trust that management has to its tenants there. Parking near my building was never an issue and I appreciated how many extra spaces there were. Bus stops are close which makes getting to class easy. Only downsides are lack of guest parking and paid laundry. Laundry costs $2 wash and $2 dry per load, with only 30 minute intervals to wash. Compared to Old Farm, where laundry is only $1 wash and $1 dry. I would recommend taking laundry to a friend’s apartment if possible. Make sure to be aware of car booters in the parking lot, they are speedy and will get unmarked guests!! Guests can, however, park on the streets. Overall, I have loved living at Bridgerland and would recommend to anyone!

The price is great. And I do like the location it is a good basic place to live truly. The reality is that The apartment is pretty old and smells like old man no matter how much we clean but that’s a given with old apts. they are also HORRIBLE WITH PARKING!!! Don’t even try to park anywhere even for a minute with out a parking pass. I had parking pass that was the double spots meaning I had to share with my roomate so I would move my car for a couple minutes so my roomate could get her car out and they booted me twice. Even thought I was there minutes just to let my roomate pull out they didn’t care. It was very frustrating and I would say that was hard. Also no visiting parking so that’s somthing to keep in mind.
