Quarry Trail, knoxville-tn

The apartment was a little dirty on move in day, but maintenance came quickly to shampoo my roommate’s rug and fix other issues we had initially. The apartment has such a homey feel to it compared to other apartments we visited. It truly does feel like a home. The pools are very nice and has been super clean each day. The gym equipment is impressive for an apartment gym especially the two squat racks. I’ve taken the shuttle to class and it is very reliable and gets you to campus quickly. It is a much quieter complex than the ones near the fort or on the strip. The scenery outside is beautiful with all the trees. The community of students here are all so friendly and although there isn’t a gate, I do feel very safe here especially with the emergency buttons that are in each room.

The staff at Quarry Trail are incredible!! My parents and I had tons of questions before moving in, and the staff were very patient and informative. The leasing office is also newly renovated, and a great place to get homework done or find a quiet place to study. While my specific unit had some things that needed to be repaired, the maintenance men were very attentive and had the issue resolved quickly.

My son recently toured Quarry Trail and had a great experience with the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, especially Brogan who took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the leasing process. The property looks well maintained and the shuttle to campus is a great perk for students. It’s clear the team cares about the residents and making the experience easy. I would definitely recommend Quarry Trail to students looking for housing near UT.

Great maintenance team super quick. Nice resident staff and good events. We've had good experiences with the pest control. They won't let you break your lease, so be wary of that!

VERY DISAPPOINTED…moved in a month ago into a ~new unit~ because the unit i had been in for two years went up $400 a month (!!). it’s just GROSS. spiders everywhere outside and my roommates and i have called the office and filed maintenance to get them to come remove the spider webs that have been here since our move in day (one month ago) and they have done NOTHING except spam us about resigning to live here for next year. who would do that?? also had a MASSIVE cockroach in my bathroom…spooky. our windows won’t open and dryer won’t dry clothes properly. it’s obvious QT did nothing to this unit to prepare for our move in and neglected to clean any surface from the past tenants. also, parking is HORRIBLE! they made reserved spots that people aren’t paying for so there are empty parking spots at all times that no one is parking in. i have to walk so far just to get to my unit. insane to think that i am paying almost $1,000/a month to live in this doo doo hole.
