The Woodlands, knoxville-tn

We have a great experience with the Woodlands for the last two years. Angie, Brittany and Mark have all helped solve whatever minor issues have come up. They are knowledgeable and provide timely help. The shuttle has been a great asset for our Vols. The large closets, open kitchen and private bathrooms are popular features for the tenants, not to mention the beautiful pools, gym and dog park. We would highly recommend the Woodlands and look forward to another great year living here.

Best apartment ever! Could you guys please upgrade the gym by adding some dumbbells.Thats the main part of a health center.so please please😊😊

Our UT students have enjoyed living at the Woodlands and re-newed their lease to live there for another year. They were able to stay in the same apartment for the second year and the staff were awesome working with us to make that happen. The staff are very kind and helpful!! The shuttle has been very handy to use and the pools are great. As parents we feel very comfortable with our kids living at the Woodlands. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now. I have had a positive experience so far. When I moved into a new unit last year, there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed and new carpet needed to be installed. Management was helpful and fast in taking care of everything. Every time I need maintenance to fix something, they are usually here within a couple of days and they take care of everything. The staff here is so nice. If you are considering renting from anywhere in this area, the woodlands is the place to be! This is also a perfect complex to live if you have pets.

I have lived at the woodlands for two years and the experience has been 5 stars as far as college living goes. The front office folks have always been friendly, helpful, available, and generally leave you alone which is more than can be said about many student housing agencies. Maintenance is also nice and very accommodating. The clubhouse is very nice. There are commonly freebies, handouts, and desserts available to tenants, the study room has everything you need, the exercise facilities are open 24 hours, I have used them extensively and have been very happy. The clubhouse has been a fun place to hang out on gameday weekends, for watch parties etc. I have only used the pools a few times, but it is nice they have several pools to keep people spread out. The units themselves are on the older side, but for the most part nice. My particular unit has been refurbished well; we have had no issues with mold or any utilities problems. The one warning I would offer is that as the name of the development suggests, this place is more in the sticks than others. As a result we have had a 2 year mild struggle with fruit flies and roaches, but the development does spray for them, so as long as all tenants work together to clean up after themselves it shouldn't be a big problem. The value is the best there is. I live in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment and have paid $560 a month the last two years. From what I can tell, a comparable space across the river could be 200 to 300 $ a month more expensive. You do lose out a little on not being in "walking distance" to campus, but I personally would walk to football games- this is a lot of walking though. Overall, I would definitely recommend this development especially for those who are ok with driving more often.
