I like this place. It's very close to the UTK campus. It has been a quiet and cozy place, the staff has been very nice. I haven't noticed much noise. The appliances work well. Maintenance is a bit slow, but it's a good place.

Catherine helped us with all of our paperwork questions and provided excellent information and customer service with all of the many needs we had to get approved and moved in on time for school and work, there were a few things that needed tidying up upon move in but the maintenance team is INCREDIBLE, Alva helped fix our toilet and his crew fixed the garbage disposal that weren’t on when we arrived, cleaned up after, gave amazing service and incredible conversation, really appreciate the timely response( literally less than a day at one point) and friendly feedback from him and the other maintenance team we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. On the apartment feedback side; Can really tell the management is prioritizing updates and beautification hope that continues into the spring, hope to see better laundry services soon but overall great experience moving in and very happy with the experience!

Their maintenance team is amazing. I've put in multiple request and they've taken care of it within a day. Steven H. thank you for hooking me up with the fan and adjusting it so it didnt keep making that noise. Big shoutout to Kenny as well. He makes the grounds outside my apartment look perfect everyday and I say him to him every morning. Solid team overall

The front desk ladies Brantley and Sierra are great to work with and great people overall, but the company itself, at current hiring and maintenance levels, cannot adequately care for all the units under its control. Especially since they’re more concerned with buying up housing than actually finding people to care about the tenants they DO have. We put in three work orders for our bathroom ceiling that failed to fix anything until it collapsed today. Our kitchen also flooded due to cracks in the ceiling. Parking is $45 per month and laundry is at least $5 a load (both probably more next year). If you’re looking for housing next year, think long and hard if you want a 1-bedroom for $1100+ everything with infrastructure like ours…

I am living in one of the apartments on the top floor. At first many said that the apartments are not good and I am not sure for them may be it was related to their specific apartments. For me, it was a really good experience, with nice view, lively neighborhood and fast maintenance whenever needed. If someone is looking for a lively place where you get to see students and people around, worth it to be living here. The only thing which I felt needs improvement is the laundry.
