Just choose somewhere else. The bad reviews don't lie. Our apartment flooded a few times from loose connections or broken appliances. We had mold in multiple places that were never addressed and work orders that would never stop. Maintenence would get mad that we had to call every week when important things broke, and took a long time to fix. The office was slow to respond and wouldn't help solve these issues. Cars were broken into and cops are always there especially at night. We had the nicest apartment and it was still a disaster.

Living here has been consistently frustrating because of the poor management. Communication is slow, inconsistent, and often dismissive. Important questions go unanswered for days or weeks, and when responses finally come, they’re vague or unhelpful. Any issue that requires follow‑through—maintenance, paperwork, or basic clarity—turns into a long, exhausting process. Management also struggles with organization. Policies change without proper notice, information is rarely provided in writing, and residents are often left guessing about next steps. Instead of offering solutions, staff frequently deflect responsibility or give conflicting instructions, which creates unnecessary stress for tenants who are just trying to follow the rules. Overall, the lack of professionalism and reliability makes it hard to feel supported or valued as a resident. I hope they take steps to improve communication, transparency, and accountability, because the current management approach is far below what renters should expect. On top of everything else, you truly get what you pay for. My unit had ripped‑up carpet that smelled strongly of cat urine, half‑finished and damaged furnishings, broken locks on both windows and doors, and a bathroom with visible mold.

First of all, not “student living” most of the other residents are not students, and I wasn’t even mad about this, but everything else is bad too. The hallways constantly smell like weed. Everything is painted over EVEN THE BATHTUB which makes it unusable as a tub unless you want paint chips floating around every time you bathe. I also get a ridiculous amount of “noise complaints” from this elderly lady that lives downstairs. And just to be clear, me and my roommates are graduate students who spend most of the time on campus and only go home to sleep and study, so we’re not partying or anything. We even got security called on us OVER 12:00 AM and he didn’t seem to care when we told him we were all in bed and just kept on insisting we “keep it down”. Overall I’m just extremely uncomfortable living here, other apartments in the same price range are better by a huge margin. Learn from my mistake and live somewhere else.

I just moved in this week. Love the place and the area. Clean. Up to date. Full amenities. And some units are already furnished. Very well kept area. Pretty quiet and peaceful. Low key. It's a balanced mixed between standard apartment living and college-like apartment living if you want to keep costs down and don't mind a few roommates since they rent by the room, and not just by units unless for families. There's even loft/studios as opposed to a 1bd.

Gage and Ryan from maintenance have been incredibly helpful, solving all issue in one visit. Definitely very kind and helpful, they deserve a nice lunch just from the work they did in our apartment.
