I have been at the Bronco Club since 2022, and I can honestly say the experience has been amazing overall. The office staff is always so nice and welcoming. There was a time when I made a complaint to the management company about an individual, and I was surprised that they actually spoke with the individual, and I noticed an immediate change in the reported behavior, with no pettiness after the fact. The units are a bit old, but all things considered, they are well-maintained. What can you expect from a primarily student/lower-income property? Many of these units have occupants for only a year before new tenants move in, which is why leasing is so flexible, allowing them to meet student needs. The rent is very good for what you get. I pay $1,400/month, split between my girlfriend and me, and we get a three-story (semi-finished basement), two-bed, 1.5-bath, in-unit washer and dryer, and two-car ports. We used to have issues with parking enforcement, but after some tow company calls and documentation submitted to the leasing office, they became more vigilant while in the office and began requesting that the tow companies actually patrol the lots, as they are supposed to, in the evenings. Overall, I have enjoyed my time making this my home. Do I wish tenant laws stopped protecting residents who caused issues, ruin communal property, and are just all-around bad people? Yes. Can I blame the leasing office for not lobbying the state to allow them to evict those who broke into and destroyed the pool? No, I cannot. If you want to blame the leasing office for not having 24/7 oversight of the property so they can catch everyone doing everything that constitutes a violation, you may need a hobby. Correct your neighbors and report incidents as they arise, and you will have a great experience at the Bronco Club.

My roommate and I loved living here! Lexi was amazing throughout the entire year and made both move in and move out process really smooth. Maintenance was also great, they were always fast to fix our requests :) Would recommend for student housing!!

The application process was very frustrating and disappointing. It took 3-4 weeks for them to process my and my roommates' applications, several promises that they would be in touch in a couple days and then not hear from them for over a week and repeating that each week. Initially, we worked with Monica, who was generally helpful and assured us that they would work with us and there were many options even if our credit wasn't the best. She emailed us to get some extra information from me, processed the applications, and the rent report we received stated that we met all of the apartment's requirements. It was after this that Monica apparently had emergency surgery and our applications weren't really handed off to anyone. I waited almost two weeks before calling the office for an update, Desire picked up the phone, and suddenly there was tons of confusion about which apartment we were applying for, saying they had to process the applications again, and she'd call us back. For the next two weeks there was no communication unless I called. Then, ultimately, we were told we weren't eligible to rent due to some late payment history from past apartments. While I've certainly been late once or twice over the years, it was only ever by a few days, and was rare. As someone who in the past was living hand to mouth and just one unexpected expense could throw off all my finances, but am in a much better situation now, it's definitely frustrating for those past few incidents to lead to denial despite meeting all other requirements. I would have understood paying a higher move-in fee over it, but being fully denied feels unreasonable, especially in an economy where most people are struggling. The part that really upset me was that when we were applying, on top of the normal, non-refundable application fees, there was an extra sort of holding fee of $100 that the online paperwork said would be fully refunded if we weren't approved. When I brought this up to Desire, she just flatly stated that nothing was refundable, no matter what the website said. Ultimately, I'm both disappointed we weren't approved, but also relieved that we won't have to deal with such a headache when it comes to communicating with staff, and being lied to about fees.

Just moved in a couple months ago. The unit is very spacious and the front office is fantastic! They’re super quick with notifying if you have packages and they’re always finding new and fun ways to get you to meet people within the community by holding little events in the office. The complex is quiet and close to everything so far I’m really enjoying the new place!

The front desk person, Carly, was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to give us a tour over her lunch break, and she gave detailed explanation of all financing options in a warm, non- judgmental manner.
