A2 Apartments, kalamazoo-mi

I have lived at A2 since 2022 and have had overall a great experience! I’ve been through a few management changes since I’ve been here a while. The pool, gym, and tanning are well kept and maintenance always comes to help out quickly. The rent is affordable, units are spacious with laundry and huge balconies! I’m so happy to have spent my college years living at A2!

They don't plow the parking lot good after heavy snow and they don't plow the parking SPOTS at all(my car is constantly stuck everyday.) The security door's lock is always frozen and no one's keys work so they just took off the door handle as a whole, which defeats the purpose of a security door. My mailbox key also just randomly stopped working, they did give us new ones for free though. Maintenance are fast with in unit fixes though.

I have lived here for a year now and have recently renewed my lease. The office staff always are friendly! I remember it as if it was yesterday. I came to take a tour of the apartment and two staff gave me a tour. The staff told me that it would be best if I come in the next morning to sign my lease. So I did the next morning at 9am. I told them my expected move in date and one of the ladies helping me rushed to help me find a space to live in. I was able to move in three days later. I was so thankful how flexible they were. I will never forget those people who helped me that day. Recently I resigned my lease and the office staff told me they would call me back to find me a new roommate matching. I could not accept their call back because I had to work a 13 hour shift. I come back the next morning and the guy immediately printed my new lease out. What I am trying to say here is that I love living at the A2 apartments due to their understanding and their flexibility. The maintenance staff is always fast and helpful. When I first moved in, I put in a maintenance request, but ended up figuring the issue out on my own. The maintenance team came in the next morning and I informed them the issue was resolved. But the office staff concerned, sent them back just in case. When I go to the office to pick up any packages, they are always so kind and helpful in providing me my packages. I recommend anyone who is considering to move here to do it. You will not be disappointed unless you are a Karen and have expectations that does not meet anyone nor anything under the sun and moon.

A very lovely place to move. maintenance is very quick. Office staff is super friendly and good with roommate matching. gym and pool are a huge plus also. the dog that’s in the office a lot is amazing.

I've been living here for a year now and I can say that I've enjoyed my experience here at A2. The staff here are very helpful, friendly, hard working, and professional to say the least. The gym as well as the pool/hot tub sure makes the experience worthwhile. Maintenance does a great job with fixing any issues that need to be repaired. Overall, I'd definitely recommend living here for anyone who is looking for a safe place to live.
