My daughter has lived with her roommates in a property managed by West Shore for the past few years. The location is ideal without the crazy rental prices in the adjacent properties. Although the building is a bit dated, management is pretty good at addressing concerns promptly. Karla has been readily accessible whenever my daughter has had issues with the apartment. I had initial communications with Karla when my daughter first moved in, Karla's reassurances helped me with the nerves of my daughter's first rented apartment. We haven't had issues so far and expect a smooth transition once the lease expires. Thanks to Karla and her team for being good landlords for the past few years!

Karla is a professional and kind woman. She is caring and thorough, is a clear communicator and handles difficult situations in a positive and courteous way. Her many years of managerial experience has given her wisdom for nearly every situation.
