Cornell Heights Apartments, ithaca-ny

I lived here my senior year and I wished I had known about it sooner. I would have lived here all four years! The landlord and property manager are great people, unlike a lot of landlords in Ithaca. Any maintenance request was fixed the same day and they were always responsive. Never had any major issues with the apartment. Building is relatively new and its in great condition. Would definitely recommend!

I lived at Dryden South for two years. The apartment is great and in such a convenient location! Patrick, the landlord, and Ed, the building manager, are always there if you need help and can fix anything! Highly recommend if you're looking for a Collegetown apartment.

Dryden South is probably the best premium apartment in collegetown and is somewhat cheaper than others. The property itself is very nice and so are Patrick and Ed. Reliable landlord and great maintenance.

I've been a tenant for 3 years and it has been a great experience. Apartment feels spacious because of high ceilings, large windows give lots of natural lighting. Wood floor/short carpet which makes cleaning easy. The fitness room and laundry room are clean and convenient. The landlord is very responsive and friendly.

Lived here for a full year - great, brand-new apartment building with an incredible location for Cornell students. Units are very nice with lot of common room space; I never had any issues at all with the apartment or with management. Would highly recommend for Cornell upperclassmen!
